摘要: PURPOSE:To provide a multipurpose soap having a plurality of colors and an enjoyable colorful pattern. CONSTITUTION:A molten transparent soap base is mixed with a pigment, a perfume, etc., and the obtained mixtures are solidified to form both of red and white solid lumps. Each lump in a state containing 30-40wt.% water is sliced into sheets of about 1mm. The obtained red and white sheets are alternately laid upon each other in the direction of the thickness to form a laminated soap lump. The laminated soap lump is thinly cut with a cutter having a winding means so that the sides of the laminated soap may be cut surfaces. In this way, a sheet-like soap body piece 1 composed of two-color narrow transparent soap pieces 2a, 2b...2a which are bonded and arranged in the direction of the width is formed in a spiral form. The piece 1 is excellent and enjoyable.

摘要: PURPOSE:To easily produce a soap usable in multi-purpose such as ornament or perfumery by successively winding a thin strip or soap from one end in spiral form. CONSTITUTION:A tip end 2a of a transparent soap piece 2 cut with a cutting edge 42 is guided in circular form by the angle of the cutting edge 42, made to contact with the tip end 41a of a supporting part 41 and guided in spiral form by the angle of the tip face 41a. The objective multi-purpose soap is produced by successively winding the spirally guided soap. Since the solidified transparent soap contains sufficient amount of water, it can be wound at a small radius of curvature without breakage.
