    摘要: PURPOSE:To remove easily losing shape or wrinkle of clothes by constituting integrally a special cloth by sandwiching, as a core material, the stock composed of shape storing filaments in between normal cloths. CONSTITUTION:The cloth 5 composed of shape memory filaments is sandwiched in between a normal cloth 1 and a normal cloth 3, and its both sides are sewn with a sewing thread 7, whereby a special cloth 9 is obtained. The special cloth 9 is used and sewn for e.g., a student uniform and the collar or the sleeve of a dress shirt. When said student uniform or dress shirt is put on, the deformation or wrinkle is generated in said clothes. Then, when heat treatment is applied to said clothes with the cleaning for the clothes, since the cloth 5 composed of the shape storing filaments is restored to original state, the special cloth 9 constituting the collar or the sleeve is restored to original state, whereby its deformation and wrinkles may be removed easily.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain the titled liq. separation membrane having a high separation factor, a high permeation velocity, and an excellent membrane-forming property in a permeation vaporizing method by using a substituted acetylene monomer having a specified silyl group. CONSTITUTION:For example, a catalyst of tantalum, etc., is added to a soln. of 3-(trimethylsilyl)-1-octyne in toluene, and polymerization is carried out to obtain a polymer having the main repeating unit shown by the formula. The polymer is dissolved in cyclohexane, etc., to prepare a casting soln. The soln. is cast over a polysulfone porous supporting membrane, and the solvent is vaporized to obtain a composite membrane. The membrane thus obtained has an excellent performance in separating a liq. mixture of water-ethanol, etc., by a permeation vaporizing method.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid separating membrane having high separation factor and high transmission coefficient in a pervaporation method and easy to receive solvent casting and having good film forming properties, by using a polymer having a main repeating unit represented by a specific formula as a main component. CONSTITUTION:A solution of a substituted acetylene monomer such as t-butyl acetylene in carbon tetrachloride is added to a catalyst solution, which was obtained, for example, by irradiating a solution of molybdenum hexacarbonyl in carbon tetrachloride with an ultraviolet lamp to perform reaction to obtain a gel like polymer which is, in turn, dissolved in toluene and re-precipitated by methanol to obtain a polymer having a main repeating unit represented by formula I (wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or an alkyl group and R2 is an aromatic, straight chain or branched alkyl group and may be partially substituted with a halogen atom or an aromatic group). This polymer is dissolved in a solvent such as cyclohexane and cast onto a glass plate and the solvent is evaporated to obtain a film like membrane. This membrane is used to separate a liquid mixture consisting of a water soluble org. substance such as an aqueous ethanol solution and water according to a pervaporation method.
