    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for utilizing waste plastic in a burning furnace where chlorine consistency in a burnt product can be controlled to be low even when a chlorine-containing synthetic resin is included in the waste plastic when the burnt product such as quicklime, calcined dolomite and the like is manufactured by using the waste plastic as a fuel in the burning furnace such as a rotary kiln and the like. SOLUTION: When the burnt product is manufactured by heating a raw material in the burning furnace by the combustion of the fuel, the waste plastic including the chlorine-containing synthetic resin is used as a part of the fuel in the method for utilizing the waste plastic wherein blowing water or steam into the burning furnace is characterized. It is favorable that water or steam is blown with the combustion air of the fuel and so as to have a molar ratio of the blowing amount of water or steam to the blown amount of chlorine derived from the waste plastic of 1 or more.
