Abstract:
본 발명은 하나의 파이프(10)에 보다 많은 수의 변위센서(110)를 등간격으로 내장함에도 제작하기 용이하고, 변위센서(110)와 케이블 커넥터(121, 122)를 확실하게 실링하며, 파이프(10)의 내충격성도 향상되어, 지중 매설 작업도 용이한 구조를 갖는 지중 경사계용 파이프 및 지중 경사계에 관한 것으로서, 각각의 파이프(10)에는 등간격으로 배치한 변위센서(110)와 변위센서(110)의 센싱값 전달을 위해 배선한 케이블(120)을 갖춘 센서 보드(100)를 밀어넣고, 실링재(200)로 채워넣으며, 케이블(120)의 커넥터(121, 122)를 실링하며 연결하기 위한 케이블 접속 공간(13)도 마련되어 있어서, 커플링(20)을 이용하여 파이프(10)를 다단 연결하기에도 용이하게 되어 있다.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flanged pipe body and a pipe body joint structure capable of flowing high pressure fluid.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a flanged pipe body 100; and a piping joint 500 arranged between one pipe body and another pipe body. The piping joint 500 has a cylinder part 520 fitted into one pipe body, a cylindrical part 530, a flange plate 540 fitted between the cylinder part 520 and the cylindrical part 530 and O-rings 580 arranged at outer peripheries of the cylinder part 520 and the cylindrical part 530.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium welded pipe for a fretting fatigue member which can improve fatigue properties while maintaining formability of welded parts and can suppress the occurrence of fretting fatigue that occurs on the surface of a base metal, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The titanium welded pipe for the fretting fatigue resistant member has a higher nitrogen concentration by 0.003 to 0.030% by mass in the interior portion of the welded part than that in the interior part of the base metal, and has titanium nitride on the surface of the base metal on which a surface layer remains being unremoved after cold rolling. The method for manufacturing the titanium welded pipe includes: heating a titanium sheet or strip which is used in pipe-making and has the surface layer remaining unremoved after cold rolling, in a nitrogen gas atmosphere for nitriding heat treatment to perform predetermined nitriding; forming the sheet or strip into a tubular shape; shielding the abutted portion with an argon gas; and performing welding without use of a hot charge. The welded pipe may be heated in a nitrogen gas atmosphere or an oxidation atmosphere for light nitriding or light oxidation.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the risk of airlocks and the like in tubing or piping for carrying a multiphase flow.SOLUTION: Tubing or piping for carrying a multiphase flow is provided with means for inducing swirl flow, such that the denser components of the flow tend to the outer wall of the tubing or piping, and less dense components tend to the center of the tubing or piping. The flow thus exhibits a "centrifuge effect", which prevents lighter or heavier components of the flow from accumulating in upper or lower regions respectively of the tubing or piping, and reduces the risk of airlocks and the like. Preferably, the tubing or piping is in the form of a helix, which may be a low amplitude helix.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush toilet bowl system capable of discharging waste water with a smaller amount of flushing water. SOLUTION: In this waste removable system, a water supply manifold 40 comprising a tertiary outlet nozzle having a main outlet nozzle 42, a secondary outlet nozzle, and a large number of holes 48 is formed at the upper edge of the bowl part of a toilet bowl 28 for concentrating the flushing water to an arresting part 51. A changing part 58c having a generally halved cross sectional area is formed on the inlet side of the arresting part 51 of the toilet bowl 22 for increasing the speed of the flushing water passing through the arresting part. The cross sectional shape of the drain pipe connected to the downstream side of a flushing outlet 50 is oval in which the ratio of the height to width is 1.4 to 1-1.5 to 1 and the ratio of the upper part radius to the lower part radius is 3 to 1.
