본원 발명의 배기가스 정화 시스템은 커먼레일식 엔진(70)의 배기 경로(77)에 배치된 배기가스 정화 장치(50)와, 상기 엔진(70)의 흡배기계(76, 77)에 배치된 흡기 스로틀 장치(81) 및 배기 스로틀 장치(82) 중 적어도 한쪽을 구비한다. 상기 배기가스 정화 장치(50)의 막힘 상태가 규정 수준 이상이 되면 상기 흡기 스로틀 장치(81) 및 상기 배기 스로틀 장치(82) 중 적어도 한쪽을 작동시킴으로써 상기 엔진(70)으로부터의 배기가스 온도를 상승시키는 보조 재생 모드를 실행한다. 상기 보조 재생 모드를 실행해도 상기 배기가스 정화 장치(50)의 막힘 상태가 개선되지 않은 경우에는 포스트 분사(E)에 의해 연료를 상기 배기가스 정화 장치(50) 내로 공급하는 강제 재생 모드를 실행한다.-

摘要: PURPOSE: A diesel particulate filter (DPF) automatic control device and a control method thereof are provided to make a separate regenerative process unnecessary by automatically performing the regenerative process of a DPF before a car engine stops. CONSTITUTION: A diesel particulate filter (DPF) automatic control device comprises a driving information detection unit (120), a storage unit (130), a driving pattern extracting unit (140), a time setup unit (150), a control unit (170), and a DPF operating unit (160). The storage unit stores the driving information which is detected by the driving information detection unit by classifying the driving information based on each cycle. The driving pattern extracting unit extracts a driving pattern by using the multiple stored cyclic travel information. The time setup unit sets up a first operation time of the DPF according to the extracted driving patterns. The control unit outputs a control signal for the operation of the DPF when the set-up first operation time comes. The DPF operating unit operates the DPF according to the control signal which is output from the control unit. 摘要: PURPOSE: A forced regeneration device of a DPF of an excavator is provided to forced regenerate a DPF by enhancing a generating power of an engine by compulsively increasing a load in a hydraulic pump. CONSTITUTION: A forced regeneration device of a DPF of an excavator comprises a DPF(Diesel particulate filter), a first and a second hydraulic pump units(P1,P2), a first and a second bypass lines(10,20), an arm first speed control unit(90a), and an arm second speed control unit(90b). The DPF is installed in an exhaust gas outflow path of an engine, and purifies a nitrogen oxide(NOx) included in the exhaust gas. The first and the second hydraulic pump units discharge a hydraulic fluid. The first and the second bypass lines guide a hydraulic fluid discharged from the first hydraulic pump unit and the second hydraulic pump unit to a drain line(30). The arm first speed control unit drives an arm actuator by installing on the first bypass line. In the arm second speed control unit, an entrance is connected to the second bypass line, and an exit is selectively connected to an entrance of the arm first speed control unit and the drain line. 摘要: PURPOSE: A system for purifying exhaust gas and a method for controlling the same are provided to simplify a system and to save costs by not requiring an additional air injection device when regenerating a gasoline soot filter for a GDI engine. CONSTITUTION: A system for purifying exhaust gas comprises an engine, a gasoline soot filter, a differential pressure sensor and an ECU(Electronic Control Unit). The engine includes a plurality of cylinders and selectively and partly pauses the cylinders. The gasoline soot filter is installed in an exhaust pipe which is connected with an engine in order to collect soot in the exhaust gas. The differential pressure sensor is installed in the front and rear ends of the gasoline soot filter in order to measure the differential pressure of the gasoline soot filter. The ECU is inputted with control parameter sensed by a parameter measuring unit and differential pressure measured by the differential pressure sensor; determines the number of cylinders to pause in the engine; and controls to supply air which is supplied by the paused cylinder to the gasoline soot filter in order to regenerate the gasoline soot filter. CONSTITUTION: A system and a method for forcibly regenerating the DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) of construction machines having hydraulic pumps comprises a diesel engine(20), a hydraulic system, a diesel particulate filter, and a DPF regenerating unit. The hydraulic pumps are electric hydraulic pumps, which adjust the discharged flow rate by controlling current in a state that the hydraulic system is sealed. Non-working loads are generated while the discharged flow rate of the electric hydraulic pump increases without driving working machines in a state that the hydraulic system is opened. The temperature of exhaust gas increases as the heat generation rate of the diesel engine increases.

摘要: PURPOSE: An exhaust gas post-processing system and a control method thereof are provided to prevent abnormal regeneration of a diesel particulate filter during idle state of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A control method of an exhaust gas post-processing system comprises following steps. A diesel particulate filter is regenerated by post injection in order to remove collected particulates. The first inlet temperature of the diesel particulate filter is sensed during the regeneration of the diesel particulate filter. The first inner temperature of the diesel particulate filter saved as data is selected according to driving conditions. Whether the first inner temperature and the first inlet temperature cross each other or not is determined. According to engine RPM and the operation of an accelerator pedal, whether the vehicle is in idle state or not is determined. If the first inner temperature and the first inlet temperature cross each other and the vehicle is in idle state, the abnormal regeneration of the diesel particulate filter is suppressed by the control of the oxygen content and exhaust flow rate included in exhaust gas.

CONSTITUTION: A control method of an exhaust gas post-processing system comprises followings. The primary differential pressure of the front and rear ends of a diesel particle filter collecting particles included in the exhaust gas is sensed. The amount of the collected particles is sensed according to the first differential pressure. First slope on the amount of the collected particles according to the amount of consumed fuel or travelling distance is sensed. When the first slope is higher than a fixed first value, the diesel particle filter is reproduced using the setup amount of consumed fuel or the setup travelling distance as a cycle.
