    摘要: PURPOSE: A diesel particulate filter (DPF) automatic control device and a control method thereof are provided to make a separate regenerative process unnecessary by automatically performing the regenerative process of a DPF before a car engine stops. CONSTITUTION: A diesel particulate filter (DPF) automatic control device comprises a driving information detection unit (120), a storage unit (130), a driving pattern extracting unit (140), a time setup unit (150), a control unit (170), and a DPF operating unit (160). The storage unit stores the driving information which is detected by the driving information detection unit by classifying the driving information based on each cycle. The driving pattern extracting unit extracts a driving pattern by using the multiple stored cyclic travel information. The time setup unit sets up a first operation time of the DPF according to the extracted driving patterns. The control unit outputs a control signal for the operation of the DPF when the set-up first operation time comes. The DPF operating unit operates the DPF according to the control signal which is output from the control unit. The first and the second hydraulic pump units discharge a hydraulic fluid. The arm first speed control unit drives an arm actuator by installing on the first bypass line.     摘要: PURPOSE: A system for purifying exhaust gas and a method for controlling the same are provided to simplify a system and to save costs by not requiring an additional air injection device when regenerating a gasoline soot filter for a GDI engine. CONSTITUTION: A system for purifying exhaust gas comprises an engine, a gasoline soot filter, a differential pressure sensor and an ECU(Electronic Control Unit). The engine includes a plurality of cylinders and selectively and partly pauses the cylinders. The gasoline soot filter is installed in an exhaust pipe which is connected with an engine in order to collect soot in the exhaust gas. Non-working loads are generated while the discharged flow rate of the electric hydraulic pump increases without driving working machines in a state that the hydraulic system is opened. The temperature of exhaust gas increases as the heat generation rate of the diesel engine increases.

CONSTITUTION: A control method of an exhaust gas post-processing system comprises following steps. A diesel particulate filter is regenerated by post injection in order to remove collected particulates. The first inlet temperature of the diesel particulate filter is sensed during the regeneration of the diesel particulate filter. The first inner temperature of the diesel particulate filter saved as data is selected according to driving conditions. Whether the first inner temperature and the first inlet temperature cross each other or not is determined. According to engine RPM and the operation of an accelerator pedal, whether the vehicle is in idle state or not is determined. If the first inner temperature and the first inlet temperature cross each other and the vehicle is in idle state, the abnormal regeneration of the diesel particulate filter is suppressed by the control of the oxygen content and exhaust flow rate included in exhaust gas.
