CONSTITUTION: A method for delaminating an adhesive laminate (1) delaminates an adhesive having at least one an adhesive layer (11) containing thermally expandable particles from the adhesive laminate on which an adherend (12) is laminated. The adhesive laminate contains a pigment component. A laser beam having a wavelength identical to the absorption wavelength of the pigment component is irradiated to the pigment component so that heat is generated. The heat expands the particles in order to delaminate the adhesive from the adherend.
