    摘要: PURPOSE: A chromium-based refractory material and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enhance resistance to fusion slag infiltration and to improve hot strength. CONSTITUTION: A chromium-based refractory material contains 0.1-10 weight% of AIPO based on the total refractory material. The chromium-based refactory material is alumina-chromic material. The chromium-based refractory material contains 40-90 weight% of alumina ingredient and 10-50 weight% of chrome ingredient based on total weight.

    摘要: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preventing formation of Cr6+, pollutant materials, in disposal of waste refractories through the processes of heating and rapid cooling of Cr-contained refractories. CONSTITUTION: The method for preventing Cr6+ formation in disposal of Cr-contained refractories used in cement kiln, glass melting furnace, lime sintering furnace for steelmaking is as follows: finding out the range of stable phases of CaCrO4(Ca6+) and CaCr2O4(Ca3+) according to temperature of refractories containing CaCO3 and Cr2O3; heating refractories to temperature(1200deg.C) higher than temperature(600-1100deg.C) in order to convert Cr to CaCrO4; cooling rapidly to prevent change of CaCr2O4 and keep Cr2O3 to stable temperature.
