    摘要: PURPOSE: A high strength fibrous inorganic-based polymer mortar composition and a method for repairing and reinforcing concrete using the same are provided to maintain the high intensity of the composition in a concrete repairing and reinforcing process and to improve the flexural strength and the durability of the composition. CONSTITUTION: A high strength fibrous inorganic-based polymer mortar composition includes 25.5-43.5 weight% of a calcium hydroxide binder, 36.35-45 weight% of silicon oxide, 0.05-1 weight% of a dispersing agent, 0.5-1 weight% of polymer resin, 1.3-2 weight% of silica fume of 300mesh, 5.9-35 weight% of potassium hydroxide, 0.1-3.5 weight% of an antifoaming agent, and 0.1-3.5 weight% of a fiber reinforcing material. The calcium hydroxide binder is composed of ordinary Portland cement, alumina cement, and blast furnace slag powder. A method for repairing and reinforcing concrete includes the following: the surface of concrete is treated(S100); a sealant is applied on the surface of the concrete; the surface of the concrete is washed using water; rust is eliminated from the surface of the concrete and anticorrosion treatment is implemented to the surface of the concrete(S400); an alkaline anticorrosion treating agent is applied to the surface of the concrete(S500); a concrete adhesive is applied on the surface of the concrete(S600); and the high intensity fibrous inorganic-based polymer mortar composition is mixed with water and the mixture is applied on the surface of the concrete.
