    摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a wet spraying refractory composition for repairing the inside of a torpedo car, which manifests the residual expansibility to the alumina-silicon carbide refractory as a repairing material so as to inhibit the cracking and elongate the work life of the repairing material. CONSTITUTION: The wet spraying refractory composition for repairing the inside of a torpedo car comprises: 10-15 wt% of silicon carbide powders having a size of 0.074 mm or less; 3-6 wt% of pagodite having a size of 0.5-1 mm; 5-7 wt% of ultrafine sintered alumina; 3-5 wt% of alumina cement; 1-2 wt% of silica flower; and the balance amount of an alumina clinker and other inevitable impurities. The refractory composition additionally comprises 0.1-0.2 wt% of sodium hexametaphosphate and 0.02 wt% of citric acid as extra components, based on the total weight of the composition.

    摘要： PURPOSE: A mortar for the basic background of concrete wall is provided, to allow the background of concrete to be made uniform rapidly by preventing the falling, coming off and set contracting of cement, thereby reducing the processing time and improving the productivity. CONSTITUTION: The mortar comprises 30-50 wt% of cement; 40-65 wt% of micro aggregate with a size of 0.6 mm or less; 2-7 wt% of a mixture comprising calcium sulfur aluminate-based cement, anhydrous gypsum and quick lime; 0.05-0.5 wt% of a moisturizing agent; 0.2-1.0 wt% of a re-emulsion-type powdered resin; 0.05-0.5 wt% of a dispersant; 0.05-0.5 wt% of an antifoaming agent; and 0.01-0.5 wt% of a fibroid admixture. Preferably the moisturizing agent is hydroxymethyl cellulose; and the re-emulsion-type powered resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of an acryl-based resin, a vinyl acetate-based resin, an ethylene-vinyl acetate-based resin and a synthetic rubber resin.

The application method comprises (A) uniformly mixing above coating composition except inorganic fiber with water of 1.9-3 times the amount of the composition to make slurry binder and (B) separately spraying 50-90wt% inorganic fiber together with the slurry so that they contact with each other crossedly and adhere to the surface of structure to be coated.
