摘要: 본발명에의한전파투과형다층광학막은, 자동차용라디에이터그릴에설치되어레이더전파를투과시키는커버에적용되는전파투과형다층광학막으로서, 투명한제1레진층, 금속질감의무채색반사광을나타내도록상기제1레진층위에 TiO와 SiO를번갈아서형성시킨다층구조의광학막, 상기광학막위에형성된불투명한제2레진층및 상기광학막과상기제2레진층사이에형성되고, 상기광학막으로입사된빛이상기제2레진층으로투과되는것을방지하여상기광학막으로입사된빛이반사되는반사율을향상시키는불투명한도료층을포함하고, 상기제1레진층을투과하여상기광학막으로입사된빛이반사되는반사율은, 가시광선영역(파장 400~700nm)에서 30% 이상이고, 가시광선영역에서의편차가 5%P 이하인것을특징으로한다.

摘要: The present invention introduces a brake disk for a vehicle, comprising a hat which is mounted on a rotary shaft of a wheel and in which a floating hole is formed along the circumference of an outer surface in the radial direction lengthways; a braking band which is formed on a friction surface along the outer circumference and has a mounting hole at a position corresponding to the floating hole along the inner circumference of the friction surface; a floating bush which is movably mounted in the radial direction within the floating whole and has one end part mounted on the mounting hole and the other end part inserted into the floating hole; and a tensioner which absorbs axial displacement generated at the braking side by fixing a middle end part to the floating bush by a fixing means and supporting both end parts at one surface of the hat in a tension state toward the axial direction.

摘要: PURPOSE: A synchronizer sleeve and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain a density of 7.3g/cc or greater by molding, sintering, and thermally treating nickel, molybdenum, and iron powder. CONSTITUTION: A mixed powder containing Fe as a main composition, 0.2-0.3wt% of carbon, 0.5-4.0wt% of nickel, 0.2-2.0wt% of molybdenum, and other inevitable impurities is molded by a powder metallurgy method in order to make a synchronizer sleeve(100). The density of the synchronizer sleeve is 7.3g/cc or greater. Splines(120,140) are formed along the exterior or interior of the synchronizer sleeve. A chamfer is formed on the top or the bottom of the splines, and is molded with a base material by the powder metallurgy method.

摘要: PURPOSE: A brake disk of the heterogeneous material and a method of manufacture the same are provided to maintain the conventional level of the product durability and weight lighting by combining a rubbing part and a bat part through the bonding process casting. CONSTITUTION: A brake disk(1000) of the heterogeneous material comprises a friction part(100) and a hat part(200). The friction part has the coupling hole(120) at the center. The friction part comprises insertion portions(140) and indentation parts which are formed at constant intervals along the circumference of a coupling hole combined. A first hooking part is formed at a upper or lower space of the indentations part. The hat part is combined with the coupling hole of the rubbing part which is made from the separate material unlike the rubbing part. The hat part has a insertion groove(240) to be inserted along the circumference. The insertion groove(240) is provided with the first detent and vertically engaged the second detent by inserting at indentation part.

摘要: The present invention relates to a heat treatment method for the frictional surface of a cast iron product, in particular, a gray cast iron disc, and, more specifically, to the heat treatment method for preventing the corrosion of the frictional surface of the cast iron product. The friction unit and hub are made of different kinds of materials through an integrated molding. The connection unit connects the friction unit to the hub. The connection unit is connected to the hub in the lower end and is laterally separated from the hub. The connection unit is formed with an interface(210) made of different kinds of materials. A stepped protrusion is formed between the connection unit and hub in order not to overflow a casting.
