    摘要: PURPOSE: A filtration module for sewage and wastewater treatment, and sewage and wastewater treatment system and method using the same are provided to maximally reduce the use of chemicals which causes serious bad effects on the ecosystem, and to effectively and economically treat contaminants such as nutritive salts containing nitrogen and phosphorous. CONSTITUTION: A filtration module(1) for sewage and wastewater treatment comprises: a discharge housing(10); a fixing unit(20) prepared on the upper end of the discharge housing; and a filtration unit positioned within the discharge housing. The filtration unit includes 30-40wt% of activated carbon and 60-70wt% of plasticized zeolite carrier. The filtration unit includes more than one layer of stacks(41) consisting of a first filter layer(41a) containing activated carbon, and a second filter layer(41b) arranged over the first filter layer. The plasticized zeolite carrier is formed by plasticizing a mixture of 97-98wt% of natural zeolite and 2-3wt% of polyamide compound. The activated carbon is palm tree activated-charcoal having a particle diameter of 8-12mm.

    摘要: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for fabricating a ceramic foam filter wherein the method is capable of coating uniformly the inside of a foam with ceramic slurry by eliminating excessive ceramic slurry by a centrifugal separation during a coating process, thereby increasing hardness, porosity and inner surface area of the foam. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) impregnating flexible mesh foam with ceramic slurry, (b) eliminating excessive slurry on the surface of the foam by a centrifugal separation at 170 to 250 rpm for 7 to 15 sec and drying the foam, (c) repeating the steps (a) and (b) for several times, and (d) calcining the foam at temperature no less than 1400 deg.C, wherein the ceramic slurry comprises 45 to 55 wt.% of silicon carbide, 25 to 35 wt.% of alumina and 15 to 25 wt.% of colloidal silica solution.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a porous ceramic water purification filter using silver cluster impregnated zeolite and oyster shell is provided to develop a ceramic water purification filter for filtering heavy metals and harmful organic compound and sterilizing bacteria as preserving natural water as it is. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a porous ceramic water purification filter using silver cluster impregnated zeolite and oyster shell comprises the processes of dehydrating the ion exchanged zeolite at 500 deg.C under the oxygen current after ion exchanging silver (Ag) onto zeolite; forming the mixture in a cylindrical shape by mixing diatomaceous earth and clay or bentonite with the oyster shell powder in a certain ratio after calcining oyster shell at 1000 deg.C and milling the calcined oyster shell into powder; and manufacturing a ceramic water purification filter having a high ceramic porosity after heat treating the resulting material at a relatively low temperature of 700 to 900 deg.C, wherein the ceramic water purification filter comprises the processes of mixing 40 to 60 wt.% of diatomaceous earth having particle size of 100 μ m or less, 10 to 30 wt.% of stabilized silver cluster that is prepared by dehydrating zeolite onto which silver (Ag) having excellent ion exchange capability is ion exchanged under the oxygen current, 3 to 5 wt.% of oyster shell powder, and 10 to 40 wt.% of viscous yellow soil or bentonite; and calcining the mixture at a temperature of 700 to 900 deg.C.
