    摘要: 비닐(vinyl) 봉투제조장치는, 하나이상의롤러(roller)를포함하며, 상기하나이상의롤러의회전에의하여비닐원단을이송하도록구성된이송부; 상기이송부에의해이송되는상기비닐원단의일 영역에접착제를도포하도록구성된접착제도포부; 상기비닐원단의상기접착제가도포된영역에접착띠를부착하고, 상기접착띠가부착되지않은상기비닐원단의양단을접도록구성된제1 가공부; 상기비닐원단의상기접착띠가부착된영역을절개함으로써상기비닐원단을분할하도록구성된분할부; 및분할된상기비닐원단을가열및 재단하여봉투형상으로가공하도록구성된제2 가공부를포함한다. 상기비닐봉투제조장치를이용하면, 종래의비닐원단을반을접으면서원단에접착제를바르는반접풀발이공정과사이드실링(side sealing) 가공공정이일체화되며한 번의공정에서비닐봉투두 줄의가공이한꺼번에이어지므로작업속도가향상될수 있고, 반접풀발이공정이없어짐에따라완제품의불량률을개선할수 있으며, 비닐봉투의접착강도가향상될수 있는이점이있다.

    摘要: An airbag capable of being continuously filled with air and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain a buffer action of the airbag although one of air tubes is ruptured by independently designing plural air tubes. An airbag capable of being continuously filled with air is composed of two folds of outer films(2a,2b) vertically stacked; at least one inner film(1a,1b) inserted between the outer films; one air injection passage(9) formed by bonding the outer films by a thermal adhering unit and provided with an air injection port injecting the external air; plural air tubes(11) formed by bonding the outer films by the thermal adhering unit so as to accumulate the air; and plural air entering holes(2d) positioned between the air injection passage and the air tube and formed by coating one surface of the inner film with heat-resistant materials(1c) and then leaving the inner film without thermally bonding the inner film with the other film by the thermal adhering unit. The air injected into the air injection port inflates the air injection passage, opens the air entering holes, and then flows into the air tube. The air filled in the air tube and accumulated blocks up the air entering holes by pressing the inner film and closes up the air tube.

CONSTITUTION: Equipment for manufacturing a heat-insulating cover for cultivation under structure comprises a frame(101), a laminator(113), an air pocket forming device(115), and an edge welder(116). The frame comprises a feeder and a winder. The feeder supplies raw materials. The winder winds a manufactured heat-insulating cover. The laminator forms laminated upper and lower sheets by laminating overlapped portions of the edges of the raw sheet drawn from the feeder. The edge welder is installed between the air pocket forming device and a winder and fuses the edge portions of the upper and the lower sheets.
