    摘要： The present invention relates to a film attachment apparatus which closely attaches a film, such as a label film, to the exterior surface of a substrate to be attached of a square container shape in order not to be floated above the exterior surface. The film attachment apparatus of the present invention comprises: a base; an elevation plate which is installed to be moved up and down at the base and moves up and down at both sides of the substrate to be attached when the film is attached; a first operating unit which moves the elevation plate in the vertical direction; a pair of side adhesion members which are installed at both sides of the elevation plate and attach the film to the both faces of the substrate to be attached while being closely contacted to the film arranged in the exterior side of the substrate to be attached when the elevating plate is descended; a sliding plate which is installed at the base in order to be horizontally moved at the lower side of the substrate to be attached; a second operating unit which moves the sliding plate in the horizontal direction; a lower side adhesion member which is installed at the sliding plate and closely attaches the film to the lower side of the substrate to be attached when the sliding plate is moved in the horizontal direction; a corner adhesion member which is installed at the base in order to be moved in the diagonal direction at the edge of one side of the lower part of the substrate to be attached and closely attaches the end portion of the film to the edge of the substrate to be attached; and a third operating unit which enables the corner adhesion member to reciprocate in the diagonal direction.

A film attachment apparatus of the invention comprises: a guide member which is installed to be extended in a vertical direction with at least one side of a substrate in which a film is attached; an elevating member which is installed to be moved up and down along the guide member; an operating unit which moves the elevating member in the vertical direction; and an air blower unit which is installed on both sides of the elevating member and bringing a film into contact with the exterior surface of the substrate by spraying air towards the substrate when the elevating member is moved.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of bonding rollers(210a,210b) applies heat and pressure to a film to bond the film on a base substrate(100). Backup rollers(220a,220b) are linearly contacted with the bonding rollers. The backup rollers pressurize uniformly the bonding rollers. A plurality of sub rollers(230a,230b) is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the backup rollers. The sub rollers pressurize uniformly the backup rollers. Before the base substrate passes through the bonding rollers, a pre-heater preheats the base substrate.
