    Abstract: A method for preparing a flame retardant plastic additive composition is provided to improve heat resistance and to enhance the uniformity of dispersion with plastics. A method for preparing a flame retardant plastic additive composition comprises the steps of mixing 100 parts by weight of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) latex and 10-200 parts by weight of an alkyl methacrylate monomer; adding a polymerization initiator to the mixture to microcapsulate the outside of the PTFE; agglomerating the obtained microcapsule to form a flock; heating the flock at a temperature above a glass transition temperature; and cooling the heated flock to agglomerate it and pulverizing it.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a pattern forming method comprising a graft polymer forming step (I) for preparing a substrate whose surface is provided with a graft polymer directly chemically bonded to a base; a particle-dispersed liquid placing step (II) wherein droplets of a dispersion liquid, which is obtained by dispersing particles in a liquid (dispersion medium), are placed on the graft polymer-formed substrate surface in a predetermined pattern by a droplet discharging method; and a particle pattern forming step (III) wherein a particle layer of the predetermined pattern is formed on the substrate by evaporating the liquid (dispersion medium) from the droplets.
