CONSTITUTION: A film is intermittently unwind according to the synchronization of a heating mold and a forming mold and is heated between the molds. The pocket is molded by stretching a part of the film heated according to the inner circumference of a pocket hole(52). The molding frame has the pocket hole. The heating frame has a plug(58). The plug locally heats the pocket molding unit of the film. Jetting tool(53a,55c) of the compressed air are installed between the molding frame and heating mold.

CONSTITUTION: A film F is sent out intermittently in synchronous with the open-and-close drive of the dies 5A, 5B of the hot molding apparatus, and is held and heated between the dies 5A, 5B. The heated film F is then fitted to the inner circumference of the pocket hole 52 of the molding die 5A and the portion of the film along the circumference is stretched to form a pocket. The hot molding apparatus comprises the molding die 5A provided with the pocket hole 52, the heating die 5B having a plug 58 for locally heating the pocket molding part of the film F, the plug 58 arranged in opposite to the pocket hole 52 of the molding die 5A, and a compressed air jetting mechanism 53a, 55c provided on the side of the molding die 5A and of the heating die 5B, respectively.

    摘要: PURPOSE: An apparatus for heat sealing containers containing an ophthalmic contact lens is provided to form a sealed package and form a package by controlling the application of heat and pressure for each lid and container assembly. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes a plurality of discrete inspection lens carriers and a plurality of contact lens containers. The carriers are movable within the apparatus. A single one of the containers is mounted on a single one of the carriers. The apparatus includes a plurality of lens carriers, a plurality of lifts, a plurality of contact lens containers and either a plurality of platens or a plurality of mandrels. One of the containers is mounted on a respective one of the carriers. Each of the platens or each of the mandrels is individually supported by one of the lifts. The lifts apply pressure, within a predetermined range, to each of the containers. The apparatus includes a plurality of contact lens containers. A heated mandrel is disposed above the plurality of containers. The heated mandrel is moveable between a retracted position above the plurality of containers and an engaged position immediately adjacent to the plurality of containers. A lidstock is selectively movable between a retracted position and an inserted position. The inserted position is between the heated mandrel and the plurality of containers, whereby in the inserted position the lidstock is fixedly held in position at least until the heated mandrel contacts the lidstock while moving to the engaged position.
