The invention relates to a clamping device for clamping at least two components (6, 7) in a radiation-protected machine tool, particularly in a laser welding device (1), comprising-a receptacle (18) for supporting the first component (6),-a clamping head (16) for applying a force to the second component (7) in order to generate clamping pressure at the joint surface (8, 9) between the two components (6, 7),-an inner clamping jaw (11) located within the peripheral beam path (10) of the machine tool, the jaw having a clamping surface (12) for internally clamping the components (6, 7), and-narrow connecting struts (15) for connecting the inner clamping jaw (11) to the external clamping head (16), said connecting struts (15) bridging the passage gap (7) in the clamping head (16) allowing access for the beam path (10) of the machine tool to the components (6, 7).

A household appliance with a lye container 1, at least a region of which is formed from plastic, has a ballast weight 2 with an embedded plastic body 21 which is fastened to the lye container 1. The mechanical connection between the plastic body 21 of the ballast weight 2 and a contact surface 11a of the lye container 1 by a plastic welding process produces an integral, permanent and durable connection. 제목 배척 수지가 발생한 경우에도 레이저 용착 후에 탈락하는 것을 방지하는 수지 용착체의 제조 방법을 얻는다. 해결 수단 레이저광에 대해 투과성을 갖는 수지부품(2)과 상기 레이저광에 대해 흡수성을 갖는 수지부품(3)을 중첩시켜 상기 양 수지부품이 서로 접촉하는 접촉부(21)를 형성하는 공정, 상기 접촉부(21)의 일단부에 면하여 상기 접촉부(21)에 인접하는 폐쇄공간(6)을 형성하는 공정 및 상기 접촉부(21)를 통하여 상기 양 수지부품을 서로 가압하고, 투과성을 갖는 상기 수지부품(2)으로부터 상기 레이저광을 조사하여 상기 접촉부(21)를 가열하여 상기 접촉부(21)의 수지를 용융시키고, 용융하여 상기 접촉부(21)로부터 배척된 수지(7)를 상기 폐쇄공간(6)에 수납시키고, 상기 접촉부(21)에서 용융한 수지를 응고시켜서 상기 양 수지부품을 용착하는 공정을 시행한다.
Abstract:
A resin welded body and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to precisely manage the sinking amount at a joint portion without requiring precise control during the joining process. A resin welded body comprises a first resin part(3) that is absorbent with respect to laser light and a second resin part(2) that is transparent with respect to laser light. The first and second resin parts are fitted together and laser light is emitted to a predetermined position from the side of the second resin part to weld the first and the second resin parts together and to form a joint portion between the first and second resin parts. A projection(8) is provided on one of the first and second resin parts. The projection regulates the sinking amount at a joint portion between the first and second resin parts.

A laser welding method with synthetic resin is provided to prevent welding failure from generating by pressurizing a rib toward a lower member by a jig and extending the rib to the welding position of an upper member. A laser welding method with synthetic resin for reciprocally welding an upper member(100) and an edge of a lower member(200) comprises a rib(110), and a jig(300). The upper member is molded with the synthetic resin where laser beam is transmitted. The lower member is molded with the synthetic resin for radiating heat by absorbing the laser beam. The rib shaped like a step is extended to the edge of the upper member which is welded with the edge of the lower member. The jig pressurizes the rib toward the lower member. The edge of the upper and lower members is welded by the laser to pressurize the rib of the upper member downward by the jig. The lower member is supported by a placer(400) where a placing groove having the same shape with the lower part is mounted.
