    摘要: PURPOSE: A composition for injection molding and its manufacturing method are provided to properly maintain a distance between particles, to prevent a difference of the flexibility of the compositions, and to obtain excellent the flexibility of the compositions. CONSTITUTION: A composition for injection molding comprises a group of ferrite particles, a first binder, and a second binder. A softening point of the second binder is lower than that of the first binder. The composition for injection molding satisfies; Formula 1: Tb1=(Wb1×10^3)/(Db1×Wp×S); and Formula 2: Tb2=(Wb2×10^3)/(Db2×Wp×S). In the formulas; Tb1(nm) is the virtual thickness of the first binder; Tb2(nm) is the virtual thickness of the second binder; Wp(g) is the weight of a ferrite powder; S(m^2/g) is a specific surface area; Wb1(g) is the weight of the first binder; Db2(g/cm^3) is the density of the first binder; Wb2(g) is the weight of the second binder; and Db2(g/cm^3) is the density of the second binder. Tb1 is 2.0-15.0. Tb2 is 16.5-32.0.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A production method of a piezoelectric ceramic-high polymer complex material is provided to have the flexibility, the large size and the mass production by using a tape casting process. CONSTITUTION: A slurry to be produced with a bond is tape-casted through a Doctor blade method after uniformly mixing a sintered PZT(Pb(ZrxT1-x)o3) powder of 20¯70wt% with a PVdF high polymer base material. Thereby, a sheet typed piezoelectric ceramic-high polymer complex material is produced. The piezoelectric high-polymer complex material is more flexible, becomes a large size and is mass-productive easily.

    摘要: A ceramic sheet product and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase stackability and to minimize the generation of pores caused by binder detachment phenomenon among ceramic powders after plasticization. A ceramic sheet product(10) includes: a binder layer formed of a binder resin(11); and a ceramic green sheet(13) formed on the binder layer. The ceramic sheet product is manufactured by a method comprising the steps of: applying a binder solution in which a binder resin and a solvent are mixed, onto a molded film, and drying the binder solution to form a binder layer; and applying and drying a ceramic slurry on the resulting binder layer to form a ceramic green sheet. Preferably, the binder resin is selected at least one from the group consisting of a vinyl-based resin, a cellulose-based resin and an acrylic-based resin.
