    摘要: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing electro-fused magnesium chrome(Mg-Cr) clinkers by recycling waste Mg-Cr bricks(RDB-63F) generated from steelmaking industry. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: separating RDB-63F bricks from waste Mg-Cr bricks, and removing impurities such as mortar, metal, other materials; grinding waste bricks to a size less than 20mm and preferably 1-10mm; feeding the ground Mg-Cr brick powder to arc melting furnace, and fusing at a temperature more than 2000deg.C for less than 4hrs.; cooling slowly and grinding to produce Mg-Cr clinkers including chrome more than 25% which are larger than 100micrometer in size.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A refractory material for biscuit firing is provided to prevent damage to an article by avoiding direct contact of a burner to the article by installing the refractory material so as to block a crater in a kiln. CONSTITUTION: A refractory material(1) is comprised of a body part(10) having a half-cylinder shape and a supporting part(20) having a rectangular shape. The body part is formed perpendicular to the ground. The supporting part is integrally formed at a lower part of the body part to support the body part. The refractory material blocks a crater in a kiln and is installed at a distance from the crater. The refractory material comprises 40 to 50 wt% of a mixed powder of mullite and cordierite, 10 to 11 wt% of enterolith, 33 to 39 wt% of clay, and 4 to 10 wt% of cullet. A thermal expansion coefficient of the refractory material is 4.7-4.8×10^-6. The mixed powder is formed of 10 to 90 wt% of mullite and 10 to 90 wt% of cordierite.
