摘要: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fire-resistance board is provided to improve the fire-resistance characteristic and the intensity of the fire-resistance board by adding a binder, a reinforcing agent, a pore-forming agent to coal ash. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fire-resistance board includes the following: A composition for a fire-resistance board containing 1-20 weight% of a binder, 30-70 weight% of coal ash, 10-60 weight% of a reinforcing agent, and 1-5 weight% of a pore-forming agent is prepared. The composition for the first-resistance board is molded. The molded fire-resistance board is thermally treated. The binder is one or both of alkaline metal silicate and metal phosphate. The reinforcing agent is composed of calcite and pumice. The pore-forming agent is polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether.

摘要: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing ceramic membrane consisting of ceramic tapes including an intermediate and a support layer with a different pore characteristic by using at least two powders. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic membrane is produced by the following steps of: (i) preparing a ceramic slurry for a support layer(1,2,3) by mixing 100pts.wt. of two kinds of alumina powders having different sizes of 0.5-3micrometer(alumina (I)) and 20-25micrometer(alumina (II)), 0.2-0.8pts.wt. of dispersant, 15-30pts.wt. of water, 5-15pts.wt. of plasticizer and 5-20pts.wt. of binder, wherein less than 45micrometer of starch is optionally added to alumina powder(II) to be a weight ratio of alumina to starch of 7:3 - 9:1; (ii) preparing at least two ceramic slurries by changing the ratio of alumina (I) to alumina (II)+ starch of 0:10, 1:9, 2:8, 3:7, 4:6, 5:5, 6:4; (iii) preparing a ceramic slurry for an intermediate layer(4) by mixing 100pts.wt. of alumina (I), 0.2-0.8pts.wt. of dispersant, 15-30pts.wt. of water, 5-15pts.wt. of plasticizer and 5-20pts.wt. of binder; (iv) forming prepared slurries into ceramic tapes for the support layer(3-5mm thick) comprising at least two ceramic tapes having different pore characteristics and particle distributions, and the intermediate layer(100-500micrometer thick); (v) layering ceramic tapes for the support layer in order of pore size and then layering ceramic tape for the intermediate layer on a tube(or rod)-shaped gypsum mold, and warm isostatic pressing to bond layered ceramic tapes under pressure of 200-300kgf at 70-80deg.C; (vi) putting layered ceramic tapes on a tube-shaped refractory, the support of a ceramic membrane; (vii) sintering layered ceramic tapes by heating to 200, 300 and 500deg.C, and holding 1hr at each temperature to remove organic materials, heating to 1050-1150deg.C and holding for 2hrs to burn starch added in the support layer, and cooling slowly; (viii) removing the shrunken gypsum mold and trimming the joint of the tube, and sintering ceramic membrane product at 1500-1700deg.C and holding for 2hrs.

摘要: PURPOSE: Provided is a porous concrete composition, used in concrete blocks for revetment and vegetation, which improves durability of concrete structures, decreases formation of alkali and prevents elution of alkali. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of porous concrete composition comprises the steps of: mixing 5-40wt.% of CSA(calcium sulphoaluminate) expansive admixture and 3-30wt.% of metakaolin(Al2O3·2SiO2) to decrease formation of alkali in concrete, wherein each amount is based on the total weight of Portland cement; adding 0.01-5wt.% of tri isopropanol amine to increase long-term strength, and freezing and thawing resistance, 0.01-5wt.% of dextrin to prevent elution of alkali and 0.01-5wt.% of water reducing agent, wherein each amount is based on the total amount of the first mixture containing cement, CSA admixture and metakaolin; and adding 20-50wt.%(based on the first mixture) of water and 40-60vol.%(based on 1m3 of concrete) of aggregate with a 5-25mm size. The resultant concrete composition has 10-30% of porosity.

摘要: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fireproof tile is provided to improve heat resistance and intensity and recycle industrial waste by using coal ash. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fireproof tile comprises the following steps: a step of manufacturing a powder mixture with 1-20wt% of binder, 30-70wt% of coal dust, 10-60wt% of reinforcing agent, and 1-5wt% of pore forming agent; a step of manufacturing a tile type molded product using the powder; a step of drying the molded product at 700-1000deg.C; a step of spreading glaze on upper side of the dried molded product; and a step of plasticizing the glazed molded product at 1100-1400deg.C for the second time. The binder in the first step can be one or two which is(are) selected from an alkali metal silicate and a metal phosphate. The reinforcing agent in the first step can be one, two or more which is(are) selected from pumice, calcite, limestone, clay, kaolin, and bentonite.

摘要: PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of lightweight and catalyst bricks which reduce pollutant gases(NOx, CO, SOx, etc.) distinctively and replace NOL catalysts catching volatile gases by using water sludge generated from filtration plants. CONSTITUTION: The lightweight and catalyst bricks are manufactured by the following steps of: mixing 25wt.% of inorganic sludge, being 85% in water content, generated from filtration plants, 20wt.% of diatomite, 40wt.% of activated carbon, 30wt.% of saw dust or waste synthetic resin powder, and catalyst media; grinding; forming into a brick or pipe form; drying; and firing at 700-800deg.C. The catalyst media are prepared by the following steps of: preparing a carriage syrup by adding 4.9kg of sodium silicate and 1700kg of kaolin to 1374kg of sulfuric acid(20%); preparing an activating syrup by adding water to a mixture comprising 20wt.% of ZnNiHZSM-5 zeolite, 10-50wt.% of REY, 5-10wt.% of fine zeolite, and 3.8wt.% of compound containing Zn, Ga, Pb, Cu, Ni, etc.; mixing carriage syrup with activating syrup.
