摘要: A mortar for recovering deteriorated parts in concrete and a method for recovering deteriorated parts by using the same are provided to increase durability and to inhibit the deterioration of concrete. A mortar for recovering deteriorated parts in concrete comprises 15-35 wt% of portland cement, 2-10 wt% of alumina cement or calcium sulfur aluminate cement, 1-5 wt% of gypsum, 1-5 wt% of silica fume, 3-15 wt% of slag or fly ash, 0.1-2 wt% of mica, 0.05-0.5 wt% of a water-reducing agent, 1-5 wt% of a powdered resin, 0.5-5 wt% of wollastonite, 0.1-0.5 wt% of synthetic fibers, 1-5 wt% of a functional admixture and 30-60 wt% of quartz sands. A deteriorated surface in concrete is recovered by a method comprising the steps of: surface-treating of removing deteriorated parts and foreign matters; coating an alkali recovering agent; coating an anti-corrosive coating agent; coating the mortar-containing composition; and finishing with a fluoropolymer coating agent.

摘要: PURPOSE: A fiber is provided to sediment an ettringite crystalline on the surface of the fiber or the other disposition in a hydrogenous medium. CONSTITUTION: An ettringite coated agglomerate is manufactured by: generating an ettringite in a hydrogenous slurry while being near a fiber, an agglomerate, or other filling material for forming a mineralized complex material including an ettringite treated fiber, agglomerate, or other filling material; and the ettringite treated fiber, agglomerate, and other filling material reacting in the existence of water for forming the ettringite by adding a reactive material such as a calcium oxide and a sulfuric aluminium being sedimented to the surface of the treated fiber or the other disposition. Therefore, the ettringite treated fiber, agglomerate, and other filling material are added to a hydrogenous hardening material for improving a chemical and a mechanical combinations between the fiber and other dispositions in a concrete material.

摘要: Provided is an early strength type cement composition which has superior underwater non-separation property, high fluidity to fill in fine pores and good early strength development and thus is useful for placing underwater concretes and restoring an underwater concrete structure. The early strength type cement composition for surface restoration and underwater non-separation is produced by mixing 0.2 to 2.0 parts by weight of a cellulose ether-based thickener, 0.3 to 2.5 parts by weight of a super plasticizer containing polycarbonate as a main component and 0 to 1.0 parts by weight of an anti-foaming agent, each being based on 100 parts by weight of a calcium sulfoaluminate-based cement with a fineness of 4,000 to 6,000 cm^2/g. The high-early strength type cement composition may further comprise 1 to 50 parts by weight of a filling material selected from fine powdered limestone, fly ash, silica fume and metakaolin alone or in a mixed form.

摘要: A reinforcement method using a rustproof repair mortar is provided to secure structural stability of a concrete structure with excellent rust-proofing efficiency by restraining the corrosion or deterioration of reinforcing bars in reinforced concrete. A reinforcement method using a rustproof repair mortar composition comprises the steps of: checking deteriorated parts and concrete removed parts of a concrete structure and chipping the surface with the concrete covering removed to be repaired; washing with high pressure water and giving alkali to the neutralized concrete surface and treating with primer to form a passivation film on the surface and a reinforcing bar, and removing rust from an exposed reinforcing bar and rust-proofing the reinforcing bar with coating grout composed of 85~95 weight percent inorganic powder, 4.9~14.5 weight percent re-dispersible resins and 0.1~0.5 weight percent amine-carboxyl based rustproof materials; restoring a cross section by removing moisture and treating with rustproof mortar composed of 37~38.3 weight percent Portland cement, 44~45 weight percent silica sand, 4 weight percent calcium sulfo-aluminate cement, 3 weight percent silica fume, 4~4.3 weight percent lightweight aggregate, 2 weight percent polymer, 0.5 weight percent shrinkage reducing agent, 0.1 weight percent reinforced fiber, 4 weight percent phloroglucinol and 0.1 weight percent amine-carboxyl based rustproof materials; and curing the concrete structure at the appointed temperature for an appropriate period of time, and finishing the concrete surface with finishing materials.
