    摘要: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of metal-crosslinked hydrophobic starch is provided to improve the reaction efficiency of starch and alkenyl succinic anhydride and to continuously conduct hydrophobic starch offer process and meal salt crosslinking reaction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of metal-crosslinked hydrophobic starch comprises: a step of hydrolysis reacting at 40-60°C by putting 0.1-1wt% acid into starch slurry in water; a step of forming hydrophobic starch by putting and reacting alkenyl succinic anhydride into the reactant; and a step of separating the hydrophobic starch, slurrizing by mixing with water, and then metal-crosslinking by putting metal salt into the reactant.
