에틸렌계 불포화 가수분해성 실란, 에틸렌계 불포화 폴리옥시알킬렌, 에틸렌계 불포화 플루오르화 폴리에테르 및 개시제를 포함하는 반응 혼합물로부터 제조되는 공중합체를 포함하는 코팅 조성물이 개시되어 있다. 상기 코팅 조성물은 또한 경화성 졸-젤 분산물을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 코팅 조성물은 하드코트를 제조하는 데 사용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for producing an anti-reflection film, and optical elements employing the anti-reflection film are provided to decrease the changes in refraction index with time. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing an anti-reflection film comprises the following steps of: hydrolyzing and polymerizing alkoxy silane in a solvent in the presence of base catalysts to produce an alkali sol; adding an acid catalyst to the alkali sol and inducing additional hydrolysis and polymerization in order to produce a first acid sol; hydrolyzing and polymerizing the alkoxy silane in the solvent in the presence of acid catalysts to produce a second acid sol; mixing the first and second acid sols; coating the mixed sol on a substrate; drying it; and treating the obtained silica aerosol layer with alkali.

PURPOSE: Provided is a coating composition, which has antistatic or electromagnetic wave shielding and antireflection functions, and increases adhesions of transparent membrane which is a first layer, to substrate and transparent binder matrix which is a second layer, and thus increases a membrane strength. CONSTITUTION: The composition for forming transparent conductive membrane, comprises 10-70 wt%(in solids) of compound selected from the group consisting of inorganic oxide polymer, silane coupling agent, silica powder, and mixture thereof. The composition comprises a rare metal selected from the group consisting of gold(Au), silver(Ag), platinum(Pt), ruthenium(Ru), palladium(Pd), and mixture thereof, as conductor, and a transparent conductive material selected from the group consisting of indium tin oxide, antimony doped tin oxide, and antimony doped zirconium oxide.

A curable composition comprising an aged mixture of tetramethoxysilane with water added in excess of the theoretical amount sufficient for the hydrolysis and condensation of 100% of the silane and a reactive organic compound having at least two functional groups capable of condensing with the product of hydrolysis and condensation of the silane in the above mixture.

PURPOSE: An inorganic coating material composition is provided which is useful for coating and curing the surfaces of hot-dip galvanized plate, hot-dip-aluminum-coated plate, aluminum, aluminum alloy, stainless steel alloy, etc so that it can form interior/exterior finish for construction. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises the steps of: mixing 2.5-24.7 wt.% of organo alkoxsilane hydrolysate and condensate, 0.1-9.7 wt.% of tetraalkoxylane hydrolysate and condensate, 0.2-9.3 wt.% of the solid content of colloidal silica having a mean particle size of 5-150 micrometer, 0.03-4.5 wt.% of the solid content of colloidal zirconia having a mean particle size of 5-80 micrometer, 0.01-4.5 wt.% of the solid content of colloidal alumina having a mean particle size of 5-100 micrometer, 5-30 wt.% of water, 5-80 wt.% of a lower aliphatic alcohol, 0.01-3 wt.% of inorganic and organic acids, 0.1-10 wt.% of an inorganic filler having a mean fiber length of 0.01-20 micrometer and a diameter of 0.1-1.0 micrometer, and 1-40 wt.% of an inorganic pigment having a mean particle diameter of 0.03-20 micrometer; aging the mixture at 25-30°C for 12-24 hrs, followed by stirring not to form precipitate.
