본 발명은 연료-산화제 혼합물중의 산소가 이트륨 성분의 실질적 부분을 Y 2 O 3 로 전환시키고, 알루미늄 성분의 최소부분을 Al 2 O 3 로, 그리고 전환시키며, 그리고 Y 2 O 3 및 Al 2 O 3 가 코팅물의 15부피% 이하의 양으로 존재되는 철, 코발트, 니켈 및 이것들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 전이금속-크롬-알루미늄-이트륨-기저 코팅물의 열적 분무 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A spray coating method of a mold with a high-temperature abrasion-resisting alloy is provided to lengthen the life span of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A thermal spraying alloy is prepared by mixing clad tungsten carbide(WC-20Co) with cobalt thermal spraying alloy at a ratio of 2:8-5:5. The thermal spraying ally is used in coating a mold by having excellent mechanical characteristic. That is, the rupture strength and toughness increases and Young's modulus is reduced totally depending on the adding amount of the cobalt thermal spraying alloy. The thermal spraying alloy excellent in durability and toughness is obtained by adding 40wt% of cobalt thermal spraying alloy.

PURPOSE: A coating material composition of crankshaft for automobile engine which regenerates the crankshaft by coating the composition on the crankshaft by detonation gun spraying, thereby forming a coating layer having superior abrasion resistance and adhesive strength, and a regenerating method of the crankshaft for automobile engine are provided. CONSTITUTION: The coating material composition of crankshaft for automobile engine comprises a Fe-Mo-C based alloy powder comprising 67 to 88 wt.% of Fe, 10 to 30 wt.% of Mo and 2.0 to 3.0 wt.% of C, wherein molybdenum (Mo) is added to the coating material composition to increase hardness and improve abrasion resistance of the crankshaft, carbon (C) is added to the coating material composition in a large quantity to increase hardness of a coating layer by forming martensite during rapid solidification of the coating layer after spraying, iron (Fe) is partially oxidized in spraying powder by inflow of oxygen in reaction gas and external atmospheric air during spraying so as to improve hardness of the coating layer by forming oxides, and a combustion gas in which oxygen and acetylene are mixed in a ratio of 1:1 is suitable for forming iron oxides in the spraying powder. The method for regenerating the crankshaft for automobile engine comprises the step of detonation-gun spraying a coating material comprising the Fe-Mo-C based alloy powder having a particle size of 10 to 45 μm on the crankshaft for internal combustion engine having material flaws and processing defects.

PURPOSE: An explosive spray coating method is provided to simultaneously spray coat mixed alloy of the low melting point and the high melting point by selectively falling explosive temperature by nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: A certain amount of nitrogen gas is injected to the inner part of a cylinder by using a scavenge valve. Oxygen and acetylene gas are supplied to form a fuel(30) gas part diluted by nitrogen on the front end of the cylinder(5). A non-diluted fuel(29) gas part is formed on the rear of the diluted fuel gas part. A spray coating is performed to make the fuel parts selectively exploded when supplying the mixed alloy powder. By using the scavenge valve having larger diameter than that of a nitrogen valve(31), the fuel is mixed with the nitrogen gas effectively in a short time and the explosive temperature is decreased. Only low melting point alloy is fused half by the diluted fuel. The high melting point alloy is selectively coated by the non-diluted fuel by hot explosive power.
