    摘要: An abrasive sheet for texturing of magnetic recording media which comprises an entangled ultrafine fiber nonwoven fabric made of three-dimensionally entangled ultrafine fiber bundles composed of ultrafine fibers (A) and a high-molecular elastomer occurring in a porous state in spaces among the entangled ultrafine fibers, with the high-molecular elastomer occurring therein without substantially confining most of the ultrafine fiber bundles and which is characterized in that there is a nap consisting of ultrafine fibers (B) having a fineness of not more than 0.03 dtex on at least one side of that sheet is excellent in precision and stability in processing.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an aerogel blanket which is used for thermally insulating a pipe and a wall for which thermal insulation is required, and more particularly, to continuous manufacturing method and device which are capable of continuously manufacturing the aerogel blanket having superior insulation and flexibility and the aerogel blanket manufactured thereby. The continuous manufacturing method for the aerogel blanket includes: a composite material coating process of manufacturing a plurality of low-density single fiber non-woven fabrics coated with an aerogel composite material; a multi connection process of coating and connecting the coated non-woven fabrics to manufacture a blanket having a multilayered structure; a web connection process of web-connecting the blanket having the multilayered structure; a drying process of drying the blanket manufactured in the web connection process; and a winding process of winding the dried blanket manufactured in the drying process. According to the present invention, the aerogel blanket having the multilayered structure may be formed by using a roll-to-roll manufacturing method to continuously manufacture the aerogel blanket having a superior insulation performance and flexibility, thereby significantly improving productivity of the aerogel blanket. When the manufacturing method and device according to the present invention are used, the mass production of the aerogel blanket may be enabled, and manufacturing costs may be significantly reduced.
