    Abstract: An insulation resistance detection circuit is coupled to a positive end and a negative end of a DC power source, and is used to detect a positive insulation resistance between the positive end and a ground point and detect a negative insulation resistance between the negative end and the ground point. A detection unit sets a first estimated resistance and a second estimated resistance, and acquires a first voltage based on turning on the switch and acquires a second voltage based on turning off the switch. The detection unit calculates a third voltage and a fourth voltage according to the first estimated resistance and the second estimated resistance so as to detect the positive insulation resistance and the negative insulation resistance when the third voltage is equal to the first voltage and the fourth voltage is equal to the second voltage.

    Abstract: A circuit board module includes a circuit board and a plurality of capacitors. The circuit board has a plurality of standing feet for erecting on a main board, and the capacitors are symmetrically fixed on a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface of the circuit board. An opening is formed on the circuit board of the circuit board module and the opening is located between the capacitors. In addition, an electronic device adopting the circuit board module design is also disclosed herein.

    Abstract: A flyback power converter includes a hybrid clamp circuit and a corresponding power management unit that substantially optimizes the performance of the flyback power converter in its entire line and load ranges. The clamp circuit, which is connected in parallel to a primary winding of the flyback transformer, includes a parallel combination of a capacitor and resistor that is connected in series with a parallel combination of a switch and a diode. By sensing the operating conditions, the power management circuit configures the clamp circuit either as a passive clamp or as an active clamp. In the passive-clamp configuration, the switch is kept turned off. In the active-clamp configuration, the switch operates with pulse-width modulation (PWM) which enables ZVS turn-on of the main switch.

    Abstract: A hairpin stator includes an iron core, a plurality of slot-positions and a plurality of hairpin wires. The slot-positions are located in the circumferential direction of the iron core, and form a plurality of adjacent slot-position layers in the radial direction. The iron core includes polar regions, each polar region includes phases, and each phase includes phase slots. The hairpin wires are arranged in the slot-positions of the phase slots of the same phases of the polar regions, and the hairpin wires are connected to form windings. The hairpin wires include transpolar hairpin wires. A span of the transpolar hairpin wires on an insertion side of the iron core is equal to a quotient, which is obtained by dividing a total number of the phase slots by a total number of the polar regions, plus 1 or minus 1.

    Abstract: A brake device of a rotating motor is disclosed and includes a base, an upper plate, a sliding plate, a transmission component, a lining plate, a connection element, a planar plate and an elastic component. A rotating shaft runs through the base in an axial direction. The sliding plate is arranged between the base and the upper plate, and driven by the drive module. The transmission component is sleeved and fixed on the rotating shaft, and includes a sleeved peripheral edge, a limiting portion, and a perforation. The limiting portion is protruded outwardly from the sleeved peripheral edge in a radial direction, and the perforation is passed through the limiting portion along the axial direction. The lining plate sleeved on the sleeved peripheral edge is located between the sliding plate and the upper plate. The elastic component is arranged between the planar plate and the limiting portion.

    Abstract: A pulsed-DC power generator is used to sputter a substrate in a chamber, and the power generator includes a first voltage source, a second voltage source, a switch unit, a control unit, and a detection unit. The control unit provides a first control signal to control the switching of the switch unit to integrate a first voltage of the first voltage source and a second voltage of the second voltage source into a pulse voltage. The control unit adjusts parameters of a first predetermined time period for arc extinction when the pulse voltage is in a working time period of the first voltage, and the number that a voltage value of the first voltage in a voltage variation to be higher than a range is higher than the number of occurrence.
