Abstract: In one embodiment, a method to reduce inductor current ripple in a three-phase, flying capacitor multi-level boost power factor correction rectifier circuit having three totem-pole legs, the method including: determining, for the three-phase, flying capacitor multi-level boost power factor correction rectifier circuit, for which of at least one of a segment in a line cycle or a voltage level of a phase-to-neutral voltage, and for which totem-pole leg selected from any one of the three totem-pole legs, to apply an additional phase shift at one or more instances of time in the line cycle; and applying the additional phase shift in such a way as to center align midpoint voltages of the three totem-pole legs.

Abstract: This disclosure is directed to a fool-proof structure having a shelf and a plug-in unit. The shelf is defined with a socket and an opening, and a stopping portion and an actuating portion are provided on the socket, and the actuating portion and the stopping portion are respectively communicated to the opening. The plug-in unit has an elastic arm. A stopping wall and an actuating slope of the elastic arm protrude from the plug-in unit. A first pitch is defined from the actuating portion to the stop portion, and a second pitch is defined from the actuating slope to the stopping wall. The first pitch may be configured to be greater than the second pitch, so that the actuating portion may push the actuating slope to deflect the elastic arm before the stopping wall arrives the stop part when the plug-in unit is inserted into the socket.

Abstract: An ORing FET control circuit and method are provided. The circuit includes an ORing FET, a comparator, first, second and third resistors, a first capacitor, a diode and a driving unit. The positive and negative input terminals of the comparator are electrically connected to the input and output voltages. The first resistor, the second resistor, the first capacitor, and the third resistor are electrically connected in series between a reference voltage and a ground terminal sequentially. The reference voltage is lower than a voltage at the positive input terminal. When the input voltage is lower than the output voltage, if a voltage across the ORing FET is larger than a threshold, the comparator outputs a driving signal at low level, and correspondingly the driving unit turns off the ORing FET. The threshold depends on resistances of the first and second resistors.

Abstract: A hot-swappable pump unit (HSPU) and a coolant distribution unit (CDU) using the same are disclosed. The HSPU is connected to a loop inlet element, a loop outlet element and a fixed component of CDU along a matching direction. The HSPU includes a housing, a pump, a pump inlet element, a pump outlet element and a fastening component. The pump inlet element is in communication with the pump by passing through a first lateral wall of the housing. The pump outlet element is in communication with the pump by passing through the first lateral wall. The fastening component is arranged on the housing and configured to engage with the fixed component, to drive the hosing to move along the matching direction. Whereby, the pump inlet element and the loop outlet element are matched and connected, and the pump outlet element and the loop inlet element are matched and connected.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a multi-level, bridgeless boost power factor correction (PFC) device, comprising: a circuit comprising an inductor, and at least a first pair and a second pair of switches and a capacitor arranged in a flying capacitor, totem-pole configuration; and a control circuit configured to drive the at least first and second pairs of switches in such a way as to reduce distortion in a line current, wherein for the first and second pairs of switches, the control circuit is configured to: for a first half line cycle, drive a first switch of each pair during an entire interval of the first half-line cycle and a second switch of each pair for less than the entire interval; and for a second half-line cycle, drive the first switch of each pair for less than an entire interval of the second half-line cycle and the second switch of each pair during an entire interval of the second half-line cycle.

Abstract: A battery swapping cabinet includes an AC-to-DC converter, a plurality of charging/discharging DC converters, a plurality of batteries, a first auxiliary DC converter, and a main board. The AC-to-DC converter converts an AC power supply into a DC bus voltage. The charging/discharging DC converters respectively receive the DC bus voltage and convert the DC bus voltage into a plurality of DC voltages. The plurality of batteries receives the plurality of DC voltages. The first auxiliary DC converter receives the DC bus voltage and converts the DC bus voltage into a first state voltage. The main board receives the first state voltage and a second state voltage. According to a state of the AC power supply, the main board provides the first state voltage or the second state voltage to the plurality of batteries to maintain the power required for the uninterrupted operation of the plurality of batteries.

Abstract: This disclosure is directed to an adsorption unit, having a frame, multiple spacer tubes and multiple adsorption granules. The frame has an inlet side and an exhaust side. The spacer tubes are arranged in the frame, and a plurality of through holes are provided on each of the spacer tubes. The adsorbed granules are arranged in the frame, and the adsorbed granules are restricted by the spacers and fixed in the frame so as to locate between the inlet side and the exhaust side. Air enters the adsorption unit from the environment through the inlet side, passes through the adsorption unit, and leaves the adsorption unit through the exhaust side. The air passes through the adsorption unit and returns to the environment so as to contact the adsorption granules to remove carbon dioxide and water.
