    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for a serving base station in a wireless communication system to mitigate inter-cell interference. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: allocating a first resource for a terminal existing in a first region in which the coverage of the serving base station and the coverage of a neighboring base station are overlapped with each other; and allocating a second resource with the first resource for a terminal existing in a second region of the coverage of the serving base station, which is outside of the coverage of the neighboring base station.
