The clock driver that generates at least one control clock signal for controlling a pumping circuit, the clock driver includes: a first driver generating a first control clock signal by pulling up a first node, in response to a first reference clock signal and pulling down the first node in response to a second reference clock signal; and a second driver generating a second control clock signal by pulling up a second node in response to the second reference clock signal and pulling down the second node in response to the first reference clock signal; wherein the first driver comprises a first hysteresis controller that generates a first output signal having a time delay in response to the rising transition or the falling transition of the second reference clock signal so that the timing for a pulling down operation of the first node is delayed as compared to the timing for a pulling up operation of the second node.
