Abstract:
A multi-channel audio signal converting device using a time-varying digital filter, an electronic system including the same, and a method of converting an audio signal using the time-varying digital filter are provided. The multi-channel audio signal converting device includes a first signal channel and a second signal channel configured to perform analog-to-digital conversion or digital-to-analog conversion using a first clock signal; and a first time-varying filter configured to synchronize a digital audio signal synchronized with a second clock signal different from the first clock signal with the first clock signal and to input the digital audio signal to the second signal channel when digital-to-analog conversion is performed or to synchronize an output signal of the second signal channel with the second clock signal when analog-to-digital conversion is performed.

Abstract:
A polymer electrolyte membrane, a method of preparing the polymer electrolyte membrane, and a fuel cell including the polymer electrolyte membrane are disclosed in which the polymer electrolyte membrane includes a porous polymer matrix, and an ionic conductive polymer layer coated on the external surfaces of single fibers and inside pores of the porous polymer matrix.
Abstract:
Provided are an electrode for a fuel cell and a fuel cell employing the electrode, the electrode comprising a catalyst layer including: a catalyst; a material having stronger binding force to anions than the catalyst; and a binder. According to the electrolyte for a fuel cell, electrochemical surface area of the catalyst is maximized, and thus efficiencies in oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and hydrogen oxidation reaction (HOR) of the catalyst are improved. Thus, a fuel cell having improved power generation efficiency may be prepared by employing the electrode.
Abstract:
An electrolyte membrane includes a cross-linked reaction product of a benzoxazine monomer and a cross-linkable compound. The electrolyte membrane is impregnated with 300 to 600 parts by weight of phosphoric acid based on 100 parts by weight of the electrolyte membrane, and has a yield strain 0.5% or less, and a yield stress 0.3 MPa or less. The cross-linked material has a strong acid trapping ability with respect to the benzoxazine compound and excellent mechanical properties due to a cross-linkage. Also, the solubility of the cross-linked material in polyphosphoric acid is low, thereby showing excellent chemical stability. Accordingly, when the cross-linked material is used, an electrolyte membrane having an excellent liquid supplementing ability and excellent mechanical and chemical stability at a high temperature can be obtained. The cross-linked material can be obtained by a simple polymerization process by combining a benzoxazine monomer and a crosslinkable compound and by using heat instead of using a polymerization initiator or a cross-linking agent.

Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an image photographing device capable of being auto-focused while moving a lens barrel in an optical axis direction. The image photographing device includes: a lens barrel having at least one lens; a housing receiving the lens barrel therein so that the lens barrel moves in an optical axis direction; and an impact reducing unit elastically supporting the lens barrel in the case in which the lens barrel deviates from a set movement range, thereby primarily damping the lens barrel before the lens barrel deviates from the movement range to collide with other components positioned at an outer side of the lens barrel.
Abstract:
A metal-ligand coordination compound containing an aliphatic ligand useful as a catholyte and/or an anolyte that enables the provision of a redox flow battery having high energy efficiency and charge/discharge efficiency.
Abstract:
A redox flow battery including a positive electrode electrolyte and a negative electrode electrolyte, each of which includes a metal-ligand coordination complex, in which a metal of a metal-ligand coordination complex of the positive electrode electrolyte is different from a metal of a metal-ligand coordination complex of the negative electrode electrolyte. Due to use of different metals in the positive and negative electrode electrolytes, the redox flow battery has high energy density and high charge and discharge efficiency.
Abstract:
Provided is a buffer system for adjusting first-in first-out, more particularly, a buffer system that temporarily stores a plurality of substrates and is capable of adjusting first-in first-out. The buffer system includes one or more buffer layers having shafts and rollers fitted and fixed to the shafts so as to temporarily store or transfer substrates, a vertically moving unit moving the buffer layers up or down such that a buffer layer having thereon a substrate to be transferred is connected to a driving unit, and the driving unit rotating the shafts of the buffer layer having thereon the substrate to be transferred to transfer the substrate.
