摘要: A filter device for filtering particles from an air stream has an inlet channel through which the air to be purified flows, at least one filter element through which the air can flow and which is interchangeably held in a flow channel, and an outlet channel through which the purified air flows, an insertion chamber which can be closed by a door and from which a filter element can be fed to the flow channel, and an output chamber closable by a closure element, into which a filter element is feedable from the flow channel. The closure element of the output chamber is locked in the closed position via a locking mechanism when the door on the insertion chamber is opened and the output chamber and the insertion chamber are connected to the same flow channel.

摘要: A melt spinning device for producing synthetic threads includes at least a spinneret apparatus, a cooling apparatus, a processing apparatus and a winding apparatus. An automatic operating device is provided for carrying out at least one operator action. The automatic operating device has at least one movable robotic arm, which can be coupled selectively to one of a plurality of exchangeable tools in order to selectively carry out a plurality of operator actions during a start-up and/or during a maintenance interval and/or during thread production. Thus, a high level of flexibility in the automated operation of the melt spinning device is ensured.

摘要: Techniques are directed to operating a crimping apparatus, and to a crimping apparatus for crimping a fibre strand having at least two driven rollers and a stuffer box. A nip is formed between the rollers and is sealed off at the end faces of the rollers by press plates. The press plates at the start of the process are temporarily actively pressed against the end faces of the rollers by press actuators, and, once a contact position has been reached, are held in place by generation of a clamping force by clamping actuators. Each press plate, in addition to a press actuator, is thus also associated with a clamping actuator for clamping of the press plate, the press actuators and clamping actuators being controllable by at least one control unit.

摘要: A filter device for filtering particles from an air flow has an inlet channel through which the air to be cleaned flows, at least one filter element through which the air can flow and which is held replaceably in a flow channel, and an outlet channel through which the cleaned air flows. The filter device has an insertion chamber which can be closed by a door and from which a filter element can be fed to the flow channel, and an output chamber which can be closed by a closure element and into which a filter element can be fed from the flow channel. A cover is attachable to the filter element, which covers a filter cake on the filter element so that the unit of filter element and cover is removable from the output chamber together.

摘要: Techniques for melt spinning and cooling of multifilament polyamide threads are described. The process involves multiple filament bundles spun alongside one another and cooled down separately by streams of cooling air flowing radially from the outside to the inside. Streams of cooling air are produced from a blowing chamber connected to a pressure source. Exhaust gases that occur during the spinning are removed through exhaust openings before the cooling of the filament bundles. An air pressure is set within the blowing chamber in such a way that the exhaust gases in the vicinity of the filament bundles are blown out through the exhaust openings from the inside outwards. A blowing box is assigned a pressure setting means for setting an air pressure within the blowing chamber, by which an air pressure for blowing out the exhaust gases can be set at the exhaust openings of a connection adapter.

摘要: Particular techniques involve a device for wetting multiple threads with a fluid, and a dosing pump which is connected to the wetting means by multiple conveying lines. The dosing pump has multiple conveying means for generating multiple dosing flows of the fluid and has multiple pump outlets, to which the delivery lines are connected. The conveying means are formed by at least one planetary gear set arranged between housing plates. To achieve, as far as possible, a uniform throughflow without a significant dead space volume, multiple planet gears of the planetary gear set are guided freely by a centering plate between adjacent housing plates. The planet gears of the planetary gear set have in each case one passage opening, which are connected by a channel system to a central pump inlet. It is thus possible to realize close fits and flushing of gaps.

摘要: A method and a device determine a surface temperature of an inductively heated roller shell. A current is induced in the roller shell by an induction coil. An actual value of the surface temperature is determined from at least one measured parameter of an electrical circuit of the induction coil by means of stored data. In order to be able to determine shell temperatures of the roller shell that are as exact as possible without large dispersion, the induction coil is connected to a capacitor in the electrical circuit in order to form an oscillating circuit, wherein the oscillating circuit is operated at an alternating-voltage frequency in the range of 3000 Hz to 30,000 Hz.
