Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information (DCI) that includes a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring adaptation field indicating to skip PDCCH monitoring for a duration on an active downlink bandwidth part (BWP) of a serving cell. The UE may transmit a NACK, in accordance with a feedback mode, based at least in part on an incorrectly decoded physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission. The UE may perform, based at least in part on the NACK, PDCCH monitoring for PDCCH candidates carrying groupcast scheduling DCIs. The UE may skip, based at least in part on the NACK, PDCCH monitoring for PDCCH candidates carrying unicast scheduling DCIs. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: A first user equipment (UE) that does not support cross-slot scheduling (CSS) and a second UE that supports the CSS may share a paging occasion (PO), and a base station that supports CSS may configure a set of variable K0 greater than zero to the second UE. The base station may page both the first UE and the second UE in the shared PO by transmitting a first paging message for the first UE in the shared PO with K=0, and transmitting a second paging message for the second UE transmitted in the subsequent PO. The first UE may receive a paging scheduling physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) with K0=0 in the shared PO and monitor consecutive POs subsequent to the shared PO to receive the paging message. The base station may also assign separate sets of POs to the CSS-capable UE and the CSS-incapable UE.

Abstract: An improved manner of transmitting and receiving messages in V2X/V2V/D2D is presented in which a transmitting device determines a geographic location of the mobile transmitting device and generates a message for a service group having a group ID associated with the service group, the message comprising a first indication of a geographic area associated with the message, the geographic area based at least in part on the geographic location of the transmitting device. Then, the apparatus transmits the message to the service group, e.g., via V2X/V2V/D2D communication. A receiving device then determines its geographic location and determines whether to send a feedback for the message based on the first indication of the geographic area associated with the message and the geographic location of the receiving device.

The UE may exchange capability information with a core network related to machine learning models. For example, the UE may indicate a list of machine learning models supported at the UE to a core network entity, and the UE may receive an indication of a list of machine learning models supported at the core network entity. The UE or the core network may initiate the configuration. For example, the UE may request to be configured with a machine learning model. The core network may send control signaling indicating a configuration for the machine learning model to the UE. The UE may perform analytics based on the machine learning model.

A first network node, such as a user equipment (UE), may receive a first model configured to predict at least one of time-domain characteristics or spatial-domain characteristics associated with a set of channel measurement resources (CMRs). The first network node may generate first measurement information corresponding to a first quantity of CMRs of the set of CMRs and may input the first measurement information into the first model. The first network node may obtain, as an output of the first model, first predicted information corresponding to a second quantity of CMRs of the set of CMRs, receive signals using the second quantity of CMRs, and generate second measurement information corresponding to the second quantity of CMRs. The first network node may train the first model with the second measurement information and transmit the trained first model to a second network node.

Abstract: In a wireless communication system, dynamic changes of a code block (CB) to resource element (RE) mapping type may be based on a two-step procedure. A user equipment may provide an indication that a recommended CB mapping type is preferred over a current CB mapping type. The indication may be one or two bits in a periodic or per-allocation report. In response to the indication, a base station may trigger the UE to transmit an aperiodic CSI report. The aperiodic CSI report may include channel state feedback corresponding to one or more CB mapping types including the preferred CB mapping type. The base station may consider the UE recommended CB mapping type and channel state feedback when selecting a CB mapping type.
