An image sensor for a touch screen, which is installed at an edge of the touch screen and comprises an image sensing element and an optical imaging system, wherein the optical imaging system comprises: at least two separated lenses to constitute at least two optical paths, wherein each of the lenses includes a concavo-convex lens, an objective lens of each of the lenses is faced to the touch screen, an overlapping area of fields of the view of the objective lenses covers the touch screen, a touch object on the touch screen is imaged by each of the optical paths in the optical imaging system respectively, and the formed image is projected on the image sensing element. The image sensor can locate the touch object by utilizing stereo photography. Moreover, the optical imaging system can utilize the interlocked electronic shutters to realize time division multiplex of the image sensing element by the different optical paths, or utilize individual optical paths to realize area division multiplex of the image sensing element.

The infrared light-emitting diode comprises: only one core for emitting infrared light; a packaging body which at least comprises a first surface that is convex and in front of the core and a second surface that is plane and on one side of the core; and leads connected to the core and extending to outside of the packaging body; wherein the infrared light emitted by the core forms at least two beams of infrared light in different directions after being emitted from the packaging body through the first surface and the second surface. With such infrared LED and the touch screen, touch system and interactive display based on the LED, at least two beams of infrared light in different directions can be emitted requiring only one core.

The method comprises the following steps: driving infrared transmitting tubes and infrared receiving tubes to scan a touch detection area and saving scan data (601); reading scan data of the infrared transmitting tubes and the infrared receiving tubes, to determine boundaries of quasi-touch points and obtain a quasi-touch point set (602); reading scan data of the infrared transmitting tubes and the infrared receiving tubes aligned with a first direction off-axis, to obtain a first calibrated touch point set (603); reading scan data of the infrared transmitting tubes and the infrared receiving tubes aligned with a second direction off-axis, to obtain a second calibrated touch point set (604); and comparing the quasi-touch point set, the first calibrated touch point set and the second calibrated touch point set, to eliminate ghost points and determine real touch points (605). A serial port communication method for a touch screen with a camera includes: transmitting a channel request message to the serial port communication arbiter, the channel request message being used for requesting for occupying the channel between the control panel of the touch screen with camera and an upper computer; receiving a channel response message transmitted by the serial port communication arbiter, the channel response message containing a state of the channel; transmitting data to the upper computer over the channel if the state of the channel is idle. It can save production cost of the control panel, improve system performance, and facilitate maintenance of the control panel.

In the touch detection apparatus of the present invention, the light source and the surface light-emitting body are disposed on the edges of the frame, thus a good light source can be provided to the touch detection apparatus, and the cost of the entire touch detection apparatus can be reduced due to the low cost of the surface light-emitting body.

Said touch positioning method is applied to an optical touch screen comprising a touch detection area, two imaging devices, a light source and a reflector, the touch detection area and its mirror image touch detection area with regards to the reflector residing within field of view of each imaging device, the method comprising: obtaining location information of touch objects based on image data of an actual touch object and its mirror image touch object with regards to said reflector acquired by said two imaging devices, said touch objects comprise said actual touch object and virtual touch object; obtaining location information of said actual touch object from the location information of said touch objects based on the mirror image relation between said actual touch object and its mirror image touch object as well as the location information of said touch detection area. The present invention may avoid the presence of “ghost images” during the positioning of more than two touch objects and accurately locate where the touch objects reside.
