    摘要: A bumper of a driving tool has a cylindrical overall shape and also has a space portion expanding downward therein. The bumper is provided with an upper portion, an intermediate portion, and a lower portion. A normal inclined-surface, in which an outer diameter becomes larger from an upper end of a full height of the bumper toward a slightly upper position of the intermediate portion, is formed at a periphery of the upper portion. A bulging-out portion haying the largest outer diameter in the bumper is bulged out, at a periphery of the intermediate portion. A reverse inclined-surface, in which the outer diameter becomes smaller toward downward, is formed at the periphery of the lower portion.

The shaft part includes a large diameter section formed below the enlarged head part, a middle shaft section formed below the large diameter section, and a small diameter section extending from the middle shaft section to a leading end of the fastening pin. The large diameter section includes a round portion formed below the enlarged head part and a taper portion formed between the round portion and the middle shaft section. A diameter of the large diameter section at a side of the enlarged head part is larger than a diameter of the large diameter section at a side of the middle shaft section. The middle shaft section has a uniform diameter from a side of the large diameter section to a side of the small diameter section.

    摘要: An air intake valve seat 24 is formed by mounting a cylinder seal 29 of rubber or the like from an upper face of a ring-shaped flange portion 28 formed to project from an outer peripheral face of a strike cylinder 15 over to an upper end portion of the strike cylinder 15 to cover surfaces thereof. In addition, an air intake/exhaust path 32 for guiding compressed air from the main valve 21 to an upper end edge of the strike cylinder 15 is formed between an outer peripheral face of the cylinder seal 29 and an inner peripheral face of the outer peripheral edge portion 30 of the piston stop 19.
