    摘要: An exhaust mechanism of a pneumatic nailing in which a striking cylinder is accommodated in a body and a striking piston in the striking cylinder is driven to drive a nail when compressed air is supplied to and exhausted from an upper portion of the striking cylinder, comprises: an inner cap arranged in the upper portion of the striking cylinder; a cylinder cap covering the inner cap; an exhaust chamber formed along inside the body between the inner cap and the cylinder cap; and a throttle hole formed in a lower portion of the exhaust chamber, wherein the exhaust air exhausted from the upper portion of the striking cylinder is discharged from the throttle hole via the exhaust chamber.

    摘要: A striking cylinder 6 is disposed within a body 1. A main air chamber 7 for reserving compressed air therein is disposed at an outside of the striking cylinder 6. A cylinder cap 8 for covering the striking cylinder 6 and the main air chamber 7 is fixed at an upper portion of the body 1. A lower portion of a cylindrical head valve 13, which opens and closes the main air chamber 7 and the striking cylinder 6 and is configured in a manner that upper and lower external diameters thereof are the same, is disposed at an outside of the striking cylinder 6. A cylindrical inner wall 10 and a cylindrical outer wall 11 are integrally formed at a lower surface of the cylinder cap 8. A piston stop 12 for defining a top dead center of a striking piston 5 is provided at an inside of the cylindrical inner wall 10. The head valve 13 is slidably provided between the cylindrical inner wall 10 and the cylindrical outer wall 11.

    摘要: A nailing machine for striking a nail supplied into an injection port formed at a nose portion by a driver to strike out from inside of the injection port is provided with a nail guide member on a front side of the injection port. The nail guide member is provided with a guiding guide groove for guiding a front end portion of the nail struck out from inside of the injection port at an inner side face thereof, provided with a projected portion an outer diameter shape of which is formed in a half cut converging taper shape, and provided with a bulged portion brought into contact with a surface of a construction metal piece on an upper side of the projected portion. The nailing machine is positioned by inserting the projected portion into a nail hole formed at a construction metal piece. The bulged portion constitutes a fulcrum of rotation by which the nailing machine is inclined when the nailing machine is inclined to a front side.
