    Abstract: The present invention relates to a contact type finger mouse and an operating method thereof. The contact type finger mouse according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pressure sensor unit for sensing pressure generated between a finger and a fixed surface through a plurality of pressure sensors fixed at a lower part of the finger; a signal processing unit for determining a movement direction and a movement speed value of a mouse pointer on the basis of pressure values acquired through the sensing; and a signal transmission unit for generating control data comprising information on the determined movement direction and the determined movement speed value of the mouse pointer, and transmitting the generated control data to an interworking device.

    Abstract: There is provided a method for manufacturing a semiconductor device which can provide global planarization between a cell array region and a periphery region by a simple process. An interlevel dielectric layer is formed over the entire surface of a semiconductor substrate where a global step difference exists between a cell array region and a periphery region. A first material layer serving as a stopper is formed on the interlevel dielectric layer. A contact hole partially exposing the semiconductor substrate of the cell array region is formed by patterning the first material layer and the interlevel dielectric layer. A conductive layer is formed over the entire surface of the semiconductor substrate where the contact hole is formed. Global planarization is provided between the cell array region and the periphery region by performing a chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process on the semiconductor substrate where the conductive layer is formed.

    Abstract: Provided is a preparation method of a metal oxide doped monolith carbon aerogel for a high capacitance capacitor, the including: preparing a monolith carbon aerogel by performing a thermal decomposition of a moist gel dried in condition of a atmospheric pressure and a room temperature in a nitrogen atmosphere; impregnating the monolith carbon aerogel into alcohol where a metal precursor is dissolved; and calcinating the monolith carbon aerogel where the metal precursor is impregnated in an atmospheric atmosphere. By impregnating the metal oxide into the monolith carbon aerogel, a limit of capacitance may be enhanced using a pseudo capacitance effect by an interfacial oxidation reduction reaction.
