Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a transmitting device. In one embodiment, the method includes being configured or allocated with an identity, wherein the identity comprises a first part of the identity and a second part of the identity. The method also includes the transmitting device generating a data packet for sidelink transmission, wherein the data packet includes the second part of the identity. Furthermore, the method includes transmitting device generating a control information associated with the data packet, wherein the control information includes the first part of the identity. The method further includes the transmitting device transmits the control information and the data packet.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first device. Furthermore, the method includes the first device determines or derives a first set of feedback resource(s) based on the first control resource and/or the first data resource; and the first device receives a first set of feedback transmission(s) on the first set of feedback resource(s) from at least the one second device, wherein the first set of feedback transmissions are associated with the first data transmission.

Abstract: In an example, a UE receives, from a network, a configuration of a sidelink resource pool. Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel (PSFCH) resources of the sidelink resource pool are configured, periodically with a period of N slots, in slots of the sidelink resource pool. The UE receives, from the network, a configuration with a set of time offsets for determining an association set. The UE determines one or more slots. Each slot of the one or more slots is in the association set and contains a PSFCH resource of the sidelink resource pool. The UE generates a sidelink Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook based upon one or more occasions associated with one or more PSFCH resources of the sidelink resource pool. The one or more occasions is determined or derived based upon the one or more slots and the period of N slots.

Abstract: In an example from the perspective of a first User Equipment (UE), in response to performing successful listen before talk (LBT), the first UE determines a channel occupancy time (COT). The UE transmits, to the second UE, the first sidelink transmission in the COT. The first sidelink transmission includes the information. The second sidelink transmission is associated with the first sidelink transmission.

Abstract: In an example, a User Equipment (UE) is configured with one or more first Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resources on a primary cell (PCell) and configured with one or more second PUCCH resources on a secondary cell (SCell). The PCell and the SCell are associated with a PUCCH group. Before a first slot, the UE changes an active uplink (UL) bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell. The cell associated with the changing the active UL BWP is the PCell or the SCell. A first occasion of the PCell is before the changing the active UL BWP. A second occasion of the SCell is before the changing the active UL BWP. The first occasion and the second occasion are associated with the first slot. The UE determines whether or not to include Hybrid Automatic Repeat request (HARQ) information, associated with the second occasion, in a HARQ codebook based on whether or not the SCell, associated with transmitting the HARQ codebook, is the same as the cell associated with the changing the active UL BWP. The UE transmits, in the first slot and on the SCell, a PUCCH including the HARQ codebook.
