摘要： A wheel securing means (10) for securing a wheel (12) comprising a rim (14) and a tire (16). The wheel securing means (10) comprises first and second arm members (18,20). Each of the first and second arm members (18,20) has a first end arranged to engage with the rim (14) on a first side thereof and extends from the first end to a second end adjacent a point on the outer circumference of the tire (16). A locking means (28) is provided to secure the second end of the first arm member (18) to the second end of the second arm member (20) and the first and second arm members (18,20) are shaped to engage with the outer surface of the tire (16) in use such that rotation of the wheel (12) causes rotation of the wheel securing means (10).

摘要： A padlock comprising a lock body, a plurality of shackles extending from the lock body and a locking mechanism. Each shackle is moveable between a closed position and an open position. The locking mechanism is engageable with each of the shackles such that operation of the locking mechanism with an access control means is required to move any shackle in the closed position to the open position. Severing one of the shackles in the closed position results in one of the other shackles being in the open position and free to move to the closed position.

The device includes a zipper engaging portion that engages the first zip chain at a point on the zipper between the first and second zip sliders when the first zip slider is positioned adjacent the second zip slider and a slider engaging portion to engage with both the first and second zip sliders when the first zip slider is positioned adjacent the second zip slider. The slider engaging portion prevents movement of the first zip slider relative to the second zip slider and the zipper engaging portion prevents the first and second zip sliders from moving relative to the zipper.
