摘要: The present disclosure provides an LED lamp with a double-segment-nested cup design, the LED lamp comprising a power module and a light source module assembled together; wherein the light source module comprises a first cylindrical cup segment, an LED board and an optical lens module installed inside the first cylindrical cup segment; wherein the power supply module comprises a second cylindrical cup segment, an LED driver and an external power supply connector installed inside the second cylindrical cup segment, and wherein the second cylindrical cup segment is provided with an open end and an opposite convergent end.

摘要: In various embodiments, a light emitting diode (LED) lamp is provided. The LED lamp may include a base; a first housing having a first end and a second end, the first end secured to the base; a second housing having at least in part a partially conical shape, an end of the second housing having a smaller diameter secured to the second end of the first housing; at least one LED secured within the second; driver circuitry secured within the LED flood lamp between the end of the base and the at least one LED; a reflector having a partially conical shape; and a diffuser element secured to at least one of a wider end of the reflector or the end of the second housing having the larger diameter. In some embodiments, the first or second housing may include one or more vents.

摘要: In one aspect, a light module is disclosed, which includes a housing providing a hollow chamber extending from a proximal end to a distal end, and a lens positioned in the hollow chamber, where the lens has a lens body comprising an input surface for receiving light from a light source and an output surface through which light exits the lens body, said lens further comprising a collar at least partially encircling said lens body. The light module further includes at least one shoulder on which the lens collar can be seated for positioning the lens within the housing. A light source, e.g., an LED, is coupled to the hollow chamber, e.g., at its proximal end, for providing light to the lens. In some embodiments, an optical window is disposed in the hollow chamber and is optically coupled to the output surface of the lens such that the light exiting the lens passes through the optical window before exiting the light module. In some embodiments, the shoulder can be formed as part of the housing. In other embodiments, the shoulder can be provided by a sleeve disposed in the module's housing.

摘要: An LED lamp includes: a lamp shell; a passive heat dissipating element having a heat sink connected to the lamp shell; a power source disposed in the lamp shell; and a light emitting surface connected to the heat sink of the passive heat dissipating element and comprising LED chips electrically connected to the power source. The power source comprises a power board and a plurality of electronic components mounted thereon. The power board is divided into a first mounting zone and a second mounting zone by an axis, total weight of the electronic components on the second mounting zone is greater than total weight of the electronic components on the first mounting zone, and a heat dissipating element is provided on the first mounting zone to balance the two zones of the power board in weight.

摘要: An integrated-lighting-module may have a heat sink module, a LED light chip, an optical reflector, and a holder/trim, and optionally a driver cap. The driver cap may be configured to hold a driver within the driver cap to power the LED light chip. The driver cap may attach to a top of the heat sink module. The heat sink module may be finned at various locations. The holder may attach to the heat sink module with the optical reflector and the LED light chip disposed between elements of the holder and elements of the heat sink module. Trim, such as MR16 sized trim, a lamp, and/or a lens holder, may attach to bottom flanges of the holder. The integrated-lighting-module may be adjusted without interfering with the trim. The holder may be trim in some embodiments.

摘要: A light emitting apparatus includes a light source, a unitary formed heat sink with a plurality of heat dissipating fins, a lensed enclosure that retains a light source and at least one power consuming device other than the light source. The lensed enclosure includes a recessed opening having at least a first wall that terminates at a substantially perpendicular second wall. The plurality of heat dissipating fins are disposed on at least one adjacent exterior side of the walled enclosure, the fins extending outwardly. At least one fin coupled to the heat sink extends beyond the light source, and the heat generated by the light source travels by conduction laterally through the heat sink to the at least one coupled fin.
