    Abstract: A bias current circuit is disclosed. The bias current circuit includes a number of current sources that can selectively be coupled to a bias current node or an auxiliary node. The bias current may be provided through the bias current node. During a trimming operation, a control circuit may selectively couple particular ones of the current sources to the bias current node, in accordance with a desired bias current. Other ones of the current sources may be coupled to the auxiliary node, through which an auxiliary current is provided. Upon completing the trimming operation, the control circuit may cause the auxiliary current to be reduced to zero.

    Abstract: To reduce image artifacts induced by temperature variations associated with display pixels of an electronic display, processing circuitry may process temperature sensing data to obtain an average temperature and a temperature distribution of the electronic display. Based on the processed temperature data, the processing circuit may adjust a reference voltage applied to the display pixels to compensate for the average temperate. To further correct for the image artifacts, the processing circuitry may transform image data to luminance domain. Based on the processed temperature data, the processing may adjust luminance vales of the image data to compensate for the temperature distribution.

    Abstract: An electronic device may include a display panel and a display driver. The display panel may include multiple pixels each receiving a supply voltage and a respective data voltage to emit light. The display driver may include a low drop-out regulator (LDO) to provide the supply voltage to the pixels. The LDO may operate in a normal operation mode and a hard park mode. In the normal operation mode, the LDO may generate the supply voltage based on receiving a reference voltage and a bias voltage within a bias voltage range to operate in the normal operation mode. In the hard park mode, the LDO may become idle (e.g., shut-down mode) based on receiving a hard park mode voltages from dedicated replacement circuits. For example, including the dedicated reference voltage replacement circuit with the display driver may improve reliability and efficiency of the electronic device when de-energizing the LDO.
