The composition exhibits excellent properties. Also, disclosed is a curable composition and sealing material including a reactive organic polymer containing at least one crosslinkable silyl group in one molecule thereof, a reactive organic polymer containing less than one crosslinkable silyl group in one molecule thereof, and thermally expandable hollow spheres. The composition has good physical properties. Also, disclosed is a fire-resistant structure forming method.

    摘要: Firstly, disclosed is a curable composition which includes an organic polymer containing a crosslinkable silyl group, an ultraviolet ray absorbing agent having a triazine skeleton and a hindered amine based light stabilizer, and thereby, exhibits improved weather resistance both in a thin layer portion and in a thick layer portion. Secondly, disclosed is a curable composition which includes an organic polymer containing a crosslinkable silyl group, a (meth)acrylic polymer containing an epoxy group, a divalent tin organic carboxylate and an organic amine compound, and thereby, exhibits excellent weather resistance, anti-staining property, restoring property and durability. Thirdly, disclosed are an excellent curable composition which includes a reactive organic polymer containing at least one crosslinkable silyl group in one molecule thereof, a reactive organic polymer containing less than one crosslinkable silyl group in one molecule thereof, and thermally expandable hollow spheres as essential components, and thereby, exhibits economical productivity, good physical properties, safety and fire resistance; and a sealing material produced from the curable composition. Further, disclosed is a method for forming a fire-resistant structure with ease and at a low cost.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an improvement of a discharge container with a nozzle for housing a liquid, for example, an instantaneous adhesive or another moisture curing type adhesive, various adhesives such as solvent volatilizing type adhesive, various chemicals, foods, inks and medical supplies. The present invention is a discharge container with a nozzle which includes a container body for housing contents, a nozzle threadly attached to the container body, and a dual-shoulder type protective frame having a neck hole, wherein the base end of the mouth of the container body is inserted through the neck hole of the dual-shoulder type protective frame, and the container body is threadly attached to the nozzle, thereby allowing them to be made a one-piece structure. The present invention is a highly safe and easy-to-use container which can house a relatively high viscosity liquid such as jelly-like and grease-like ones, be stood up, discharge the contents smoothly until before the last service, provide no liquid run and leakage, and discharge the contents completely until before the last service. Particularly, the container of the present invention is excellent in safety and operability such that the container is opened or closed through the protective frame without directly touching the container body, so that the tube when used is not deformed or broken until before the last service.

    摘要: A method for bonding two objects by means of the following two adhesives:(A) a moisture-inducible room temperature anion polymerization curing adhesive composed essentially of at least one anion polymerizable compound selected from the group consisting of an .alpha.-cyanoacrylate compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R is an alkyl group having from 1 to 16 carbon atoms, an alkoxyalkyl group having 2 to 16 carbon atoms, a haloalkyl group having from 1 to 16 carbon atoms, a cyanoalkyl group having from 2 to 16 carbon atoms, an aralkyl group having from 6 to 12 atoms, an acyloxyalkyl group having from 2 to 16 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group having from 3 to 16 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having from 2 to 16 carbon atoms or an aryl group having from 6 to 12 carbon atoms, and a 1,1-disubstituted diene compound of the formula: ##STR2## wherein each of R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 which may be the same or different, is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, an aryl group, an aralkyl group having from 6 to 12 carbon atoms or a halogen atom, R.sup.3 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, each of X and Y which may be the same or different, is a cyano group, a carboxylic acid ester group having from 2 to 12 carbon atoms, an ethylsulfone group, a phenylsulfone group, a formyl group, an acetyl group, a benzoyl group, an amide group, a diethyl sulfonyl group, or a phenyl group; and(B) a room temperature self-curing adhesive containing from 0.05 to 50% by weight of an anion polymerization accelerator, said self-curing adhesive being selected from the group consisting of (1) a room temperature moisture-curing adhesive, (2) a room temperature curing two-part type epoxy resin adhesive, and (3) a room temperature curing synthetic resin aqueous emulsion adhesive, which comprises applying said two adhesives (A) and (B) at the bonding interface of the objects so that they do not contact each other and pressing the objects to each other to bring the two adhesives in contact with each other.
