Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display device. The display device includes: a flexible substrate including a first organic layer, a second organic layer, and an inorganic layer sandwiched between the first organic layer and the second organic layer; an organic light emitting diode device on the flexible substrate, the organic light emitting diode device including an anode, a cathode and an organic light emitting layer between the anode and the cathode; and a flexible encapsulation layer on the organic light emitting diode device. A material of the first organic layer is the same as a material of the second organic layer, a thickness of the first organic layer is greater than a thickness of the second organic layer, and at least one of the first organic layer or the second organic layer includes inorganic nano-particles.

Abstract: There are provided a protective film for display, a production method thereof, and a stretchable display apparatus. The protective film for display comprises: particles of a transparent resin, and a matrix of a transparent elastomer having an elastic modulus lower than that of the transparent resin, wherein the particles of the transparent resin are distributed in the matrix of the transparent elastomer, and when the protective film for display is stretched to reach a critical elongation, a craze occurs in the protective film for display.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to display technology. A flexible display panel may include a flexible substrate; a display layer on the flexible substrate; and a lens layer and a color filter on the display layer. The display layer may include a plurality of light-emitting units. The color filter layer may include a black matrix that defines a plurality of filter units, each filter unit corresponding to one of the plurality of light-emitting units. The lens layer may include at least one lens that corresponds to at least one of the plurality of filter units, and that is configured to magnify light emitted by a light-emitting unit into a magnified light spot, and project the magnified light spot onto a filter unit corresponding to the light-emitting unit, the magnified light spot having an area larger than a surface area of the corresponding filter unit in a non-stretched state.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate, which includes a base substrate and a light emitting element layer, which is on a side of the base substrate and includes a pixel defining layer and a plurality of light emitting elements. The pixel defining layer includes a plurality of pixel openings and a plurality of light transmission holes, and the plurality of light emitting elements are in the plurality of pixel openings, respectively. Each of the plurality of light transmission holes penetrates through the pixel defining layer in a thickness direction of the pixel defining layer. Portions of the pixel defining layer not provided with the plurality of pixel openings or the plurality of light transmission holes are opaque light shields, and a portion of the display substrate overlapping each of the plurality of light transmission holes in the thickness direction is light transmissive.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a peeling method of a flexible substrate, and belongs to the technical field of flexible display. The method comprises the steps of: (a) forming a flexible substrate on a base substrate, wherein the flexible substrate has a plane area less than that of the base substrate; (b) adhering a protective film on the base substrate formed with the flexible substrate by an ultraviolet viscosity-reducing adhesive, wherein the plane area of the flexible substrate is less than that of the protective film, and the protective film is further adhered to the base substrate by the ultraviolet viscosity-reducing adhesive; (c) irradiating a region on the base substrate covered by the protective film through the base substrate with an ultraviolet light; and (d) peeling the protective film and the flexible substrate from the base substrate after the irradiation with an ultraviolet light is completed.
