    摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display module, including: a flexible panel, a first group of film layers attached to a light-emitting side of the flexible panel, and a second group of film layers attached to a non-light-emitting side of the flexible panel away from the light-emitting side. The display module is capable of being folded to a curved plate, such that at least a portion of an orthographic projection of the display module on a first plane perpendicular to the curved plate has a shape of a water-drop profile comprising a neck portion and a body portion. At least a portion of orthographic projections, on the first plane, of two opposite ends of the display module forms the neck portion, and an orthographic projection, on the first plane, of a middle portion of the display module between the two opposite ends forms the body portion.

    摘要: Disclosed are a display unit, a display panel, a display device and an optical information storage device. The display unit comprises a photochromic thin film and an optical filter thin film on a side of the photochromic thin film. The photochromic thin film presents a colored state under an irradiation of a first preset light, and presents a transparent state under an irradiation of a second preset light. A wavelength range of the first preset light is different from that of the second preset light. The optical filter thin film is a one-way optical filter thin film that is substantially transparent to lights coming from a photochromic thin film side, and functions as an optical filter to lights coming from a side opposite the photochromic side to allow the first preset light to pass through and to reflect lights of other wavelengths.

    摘要: Methods for manufacturing a flexible display device are provided. A flexible substrate is provided and a first bonding pattern, which encloses a display area, is formed on the flexible substrate. A second bonding pattern is formed on a rigid substrate. The first and second bonding patterns are bonded together to provide a bonding pattern between the flexible substrate and the rigid substrate. At least one display device is formed on the display area of the flexible substrate. The bonding pattern is removed by a cutting process performed so as to separate the flexible substrate having the display device thereon from the rigid substrate.

    摘要: It is disclosed a device and method for stripping a flexible substrate. The stripping device comprises: a platform for carrying a base plate on which a flexible substrate is formed; a pressing plate for being pressed onto the flexible substrate; and a laser generator for emitting laser for heating the base plate, so that the flexible substrate is decomposed on a side contacting the base plate and thus stripped; wherein the pressing plate is provided with a negative pressure passage, the pressing plate is provided with a suction mouth which is arranged in a side of the pressing plate facing the platform and which communicates with the negative pressure passage, and the negative pressure passage extracts through the suction mouth a gas which is generated during decomposition of the flexible substrate on a side contacting the base plate.

    摘要: A method for fabricating a flexible device is provided. The method includes forming a sacrificial layer on a substrate; and forming a reflective layer to reflect a laser for subsequently de-bonding the sacrificial layer from the rigid substrate back to the sacrificial layer to reduce required de-bonding energy of the laser over at least a portion of the rigid substrate. Further, the method includes forming a flexible device over the reflective layer; and separating the substrate from the sacrificial layer by irradiating the sacrificial layer using the laser.
