Abstract: A display panel includes an array substrate, a color filter substrate, a liquid crystal layer and a plurality of spacers located between the array substrate and the color filter substrate. The plurality of spacers include at least one first spacer, at least one second spacer and at least one third spacer. The at least one first spacer is on the array substrate, the at least one second spacer and the at least one third spacer are on the color filter substrate and respectively overlap the at least one first spacer in a direction perpendicular to the display panel. The at least one first spacer, the at least one second spacer and the at least one third spacer have a first height, a second height and a third height respectively along the direction perpendicular to the display panel, and the second height is different from the third height.

Abstract: An array substrate and a display device are disclosed. Abstract: An array substrate and a display device is disclosed. The array substrate includes a base substrate, a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines arranged to intersect each other on the base substrate, a pixel electrode arranged in a region defined by an adjacent gate line and an adjacent data line, and a thin film transistor arranged at an intersection of the gate lines and the data lines. A drain of the thin film transistor is connected with the pixel electrode through a via hole. The gate lines further include a widening portion between adjacent data lines. The widening portion comprises a recess structure. An orthogonal projection of the recess structure on the base substrate at least partly overlaps that of the drain of the thin film transistor on the base substrate.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch display substrate. The touch display substrate includes a substrate, data lines, a common electrode layer, first lead-wire lines, second lead-wire lines, a pixel electrode layer, and compensation electrode lines. Data lines are distributed at intervals on one side of the substrate along a row direction, and include first data lines and second data lines. The second lead-wires are connected to the second electrode blocks in columns. The pixel electrode layer includes a plurality of pixel electrodes distributed in an array, and two adjacent columns of the pixel electrodes are disposed on both sides of one of the data lines. The compensation electrode lines are disposed on the same layer as the pixel electrodes, and orthographic projections of the second data lines and the compensation electrode lines on the substrate overlap in one-to-one correspondence.

Abstract: A thin film transistor, an array substrate, a display device and a method for manufacturing a thin film transistor are provided. The thin film transistor is formed on a base substrate and includes a source; a drain; and a semiconductor active layer having an amorphous silicon layer and one polysilicon portion or a plurality of polysilicon portions, the amorphous silicon layer being contacted with the one polysilicon portion or the plurality of polysilicon portions. The method includes a process of forming a source, a drain, and a semiconductor active layer: wherein forming a semiconductor active layer comprises: forming a first amorphous silicon thin film on a base substrate; and performing a crystallization treatment to the first amorphous silicon thin film to convert a part of the amorphous silicon in the first amorphous silicon thin film into polysilicon, such that a semiconductor active layer comprising one polysilicon portion or a plurality of polysilicon portions are formed.
