The end portions of terminals (T) that mate with terminals (98, 99) are forked blades having reduced thickness from an adjoining portion, thereby providing greater resilient flexibility for a better and more reliable electrical connection.

    摘要: A circular metal clinch ring (36) secures a cap (26) to a shell (24) of an EEGR valve (20). The clinch ring has a plurality of integral sharp pointed barbs (210) that partially embed in polymeric material of the cap. The ring constrains the shell and cap against relative axial and circumferential movement, with some barbs being pointed in one sense and others in the opposite sense to resist relative circumferential movement between the cap and the shell in both circumferential senses. A wave spring washer (186) is disposed to maintain the axial position of the bobbin-mounted solenoid coil (70) within the valve.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention help to adjust the recess depth of a head element portion of a head slider. In an embodiment of the present invention, in a test step in manufacturing an HDD, the HDD examines the recess depth of a head element portion and decreases and adjusts the recess depth if the recess depth of the head element portion does not satisfy the predetermined condition. The HDD moves an actuator to a ramp of a retract position and supplies power to a heater in a head slider. If the heater power is large, the head element portion undergoes plastic deformation. The plastic deformation of the head element portion decreases the recess depth of the head element portion.

    摘要: A structure of a tiltable steering column applicable to a steering column of a vehicular steering system having a jump-up mechanism is disclosed in which a substantially flat rod member serving as a lock plate is formed with a plurality of parallel lock grooves aligned on at least one surface of the lock plate, i.e., a pair of lock pins are extended in a space between walls of a link member for engaging and disengaging with and from the lock grooves to adjustably lock and unlock a tilt angle of a related steering shaft according to a pivotal movement of a release lever, and a shoe portion formed on the other end of the lock plate is grasped by means of a pair of rollers provided on the link member(s).
