    摘要: An oil-retaining bearing fan structure includes a fan base seat, an oil-retaining bearing and a fan impeller. The fan base seat has a bearing cup on one side. At least one magnetic member is enclosed in the bearing cup. The magnetic member serves to apply a magnetic attraction force to a shaft of the fan structure to make the shaft quickly restore to its optimal operation position so as to reduce wear and lower the noises and vibration of the fan structure in operation. Therefore, the lifetime of the fan structure can be prolonged.

    摘要: A rotor shaft includes a main body having a central portion and an extension portion. The extension portion has a plurality of extension sections radially outward extended from the central portion by different distances to together define a peripheral surface and a non-circular cross section of the main body. In a cooling fan using the rotor shaft, the main body of the rotor shaft is received in a shaft space internally defined by a bearing of the fan, and a lubricant is filled in a space left between the main body and the shaft space. With the non-circular cross section of the main body of the rotor shaft, the lubricant filled between the rotor shaft and the shaft space can have increased support pressure to thereby reduce the noise and vibration caused by frictional contact of the rotor shaft with the bearing during the operation of the cooling fan.

With the first pressurizing sections, deposition of moisture and salt fog in the sleeve and the rotor can be prevented to avoid corroded and damaged bearing and rotor shaft, and the service life of the whole fan is increased.

    摘要: A fan bearing retaining structure includes a fan base seat having a bearing cup having a bearing hole. An inner circumferential wall of the bearing hole is formed with at least one restriction section and at least one recessed section. At least one elastic member and at least one retainer member are respectively positioned at the restriction section and the recessed section. A bearing is positioned between the elastic member and the retainer member. The elastic member serves to provide elastic force to tightly attach the bearing to the retainer member. Under such circumstance, the bearing is prevented from rotating or sliding within the bearing hole so as to avoid wear or failure of the bearing. Accordingly, the rotor assembly can smoothly operate.
