    摘要: A motor includes a rotary portion including a shaft having a center on a vertically extending central axis. A bearing portion rotatably supports the shaft. A stationary portion includes a stator. The bearing portion is radially outward of the shaft and includes a sleeve bearing that contains a lubricating oil; and a housing radially outward of the sleeve bearing. The stator includes a stator core that is radially outward of the housing; and an insulator that covers at least part of the stator core. The insulator includes an upper insulating portion that covers an upper face of the stator core; a connecting portion that extends radially inward from the upper insulating portion; and an insulator inclined portion that is inclined in a direction away from the central axis, away from the connecting portion.

    摘要: This blower apparatus includes an air blowing portion including a plurality of flat plates arranged with an axial gap defined between adjacent ones of the flat plates; a motor portion arranged to rotate the air blowing portion; and a housing arranged to house the air blowing portion and the motor portion. The housing includes an air inlet and an air outlet. A rotating portion includes a hub including a flat plate holding portion arranged to hold at least one of the flat plates. Once the air blowing portion starts rotating, an air flow traveling radially outward is generated between the flat plates by viscous drag of surfaces of the flat plates and a centrifugal force. Since the air flow is generated between the flat plates, the air flow does not easily leak upwardly or downwardly, and thus, an improvement in air blowing efficiency is achieved.

    摘要: An oil-retaining bearing fan structure includes a fan base seat, an oil-retaining bearing and a fan impeller. The fan base seat has a bearing cup on one side. At least one magnetic member is enclosed in the bearing cup. The magnetic member serves to apply a magnetic attraction force to a shaft of the fan structure to make the shaft quickly restore to its optimal operation position so as to reduce wear and lower the noises and vibration of the fan structure in operation. Therefore, the lifetime of the fan structure can be prolonged.

A radial bearing portion arranged to support the shaft in a radial direction is defined in a radial gap defined between the shaft and the sleeve. A lower seal portion having a lower surface of a lubricating oil defined therein is defined between the thrust plate and the holder, while an upper seal portion having an upper surface of the lubricating oil defined therein is defined between the holder and the sleeve. The holder includes a connection channel defining portion arranged to define a connection channel to connect an upper space defined between the upper seal portion and an inside of the rotor holder with a lower space at which the lower seal portion is arranged.

    摘要: An oil-sealing arrangement for cooling fan includes a fan housing provided with a central hollow pipe having a hollow bearing fitted therein in a clearance fit relation, and the bearing having a front end formed into a forward tapered projection; and a blade carrier including a fitting cylinder with a rearward tapered projection. When the fitting cylinder is extended into the hollow pipe on the fan housing, the rearward tapered projection and the forward tapered projection together define a seeped oil chamber between them. When the cooling fan operates, lubricating oil seeped out of the hollow pipe along the bearing is recovered in the seeped oil chamber and flows back to the hollow pipe via the clearance between the bearing and the hollow pipe without being centrifugally thrown out of the cooling fan, allowing the cooling fan to have extended usable life.
