An automatic hub type identifying device and a method for identifying a hub type using the device are provided. The device includes a feed roller bed, an electronic belt scale, a transfer roller bed, an identification device, a discharge roller bed and a processor, in which the feed roller bed is configured to convey a hub to the electronic belt scale; the electronic belt scale is in data connection with the processor, and is configured to weigh the hub conveyed by the feed roller bed and transmit the weighing result to the processor; the transfer roller bed is configured to transfer the hub from the electronic belt scale to the identification device; and the identification device includes servo drive devices and micro contact displacement detecting devices connected to the servo drive devices.

The present invention provides a take out device of the wheel die casting machine, consisting of a guide sleeve, a guide post, a cylinder, a motor, a fixture and a bearing seat, etc. When in use, the take out device provided by the present invention can stably receive the wheels produced by die-casting and then remove the four joint flashes, so that the problems that the wheel directly drops onto a tray to cause knock damage on the facade and the flashes become hard and are difficult to be removed after the wheel is cooled by dipping in water are solved, and meanwhile, the take out device has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost and safe and stable performance.

The invention provides a method of refining aluminum alloy, which is characterized in that aluminum-based nanometer quasicrystal alloy is used as an aluminum alloy refiner to refine the aluminum alloy; the aluminum-based nanometer quasicrystal alloy does not comprise Si, Fe or Cr; the aluminum-based nanometer quasicrystal alloy consists of (1) Al; (2) Mn and (3) La and/or Ce. The refiner selected in the invention is rare earth-containing alloy which has a strong refinement ability on the aluminum alloy, and is nanometer quasicrystal; after adding the rare earth-containing alloy to melt, the element distribution of the rare earth-containing alloy is more uniform than that of traditional alloy; and nanometer quasicrystal particles substantially increase the number of heterogeneous nucleation particles and improve the grain refinement effect of the aluminum alloy.

The present invention provides an air tightness detection device for an aluminum alloy wheel hub, which is characterized by precision air pressure sensors, a lower clamp, a cone cylinder pressure plate, air pipes, a pressure plate, guide posts, an air inlet pipe, and a compressed gas control and detection system. A technical solution of the present invention has the following advantages that the cone cylinder pressure plate of the detection device reduces the space of an inner cavity of the wheel hub to further reduce inflating volume, thereby increasing detection efficiency; the characteristics of readily availability for preparation, no pollution and low cost are achieved by taking compressed air as a leakage indication gas.

The present invention provides an aluminium alloy refiner. The aluminium alloy refiner is characterized by comprising 7 to 10 parts of Ti, 2 to 3 parts of B and the balance of Al by weight, for example, 8 parts of Ti, 3 parts of B and 89 parts of Al by weight. The aluminium alloy refiner is prepared by rapid solidification. After the refiner is added to A356.2 aluminium alloy, the grain size of the alloy is significantly reduced than that of the aluminium alloy treated by a conventional refiner. Moreover, the solubility of metals in liquid may be increased due to rapid solidification, such that the refiner is more easily absorbed by the aluminium alloy melt after being added to the aluminium alloy.

The drum is easy to machine, reduced in cost, increased in friction force and suitable for simulating various road surfaces.
