Abstract: A top cover assembly includes a top cover, a connecting element, and a pressure relief valve. The top cover is configured to be connected to a case of the battery cell and provided with a through hole. The connecting element is arranged on the top cover and provided with an installation hole communicating with the through hole and a first channel extending to the outside from a hole wall of the installation hole. An opening, communicating with the outside, of the first channel is provided with a first gas permeable membrane. The pressure relief valve is arranged in the installation hole, is configured to slide in the installation hole under a pressure, and is provided with a second channel.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell, a battery, a power consumption device, and a manufacturing method and device of a battery cell, which belong to the field of battery technology. A battery cell includes a housing, an electrode assembly, an end cover, and a current collecting member. The electrode assembly has a tab. The housing with an opening is configured to accommodate the electrode assembly. The end cover is configured to cover the opening and connected to the housing. The current collecting member is located in the housing, and is configured to connect the tab and the housing. An inner side surface of the housing is protruded with a first restraint member, and the current collecting member abuts against a side of the first restraint member facing the electrode assembly, which can reduce the risk of failure of electrical connection between a battery assembly and a housing.
