    Abstract: A battery top cover assembly includes a top cover sheet, a lower insulating member and a pole. The top cover sheet is provided with a mounting hole which penetrates the top and bottom of the top cover sheet, the lower insulating member is provided with a first through hole which penetrates the top and bottom of the lower insulating member and corresponds to the mounting hole, one end of the pole passes through the mounting hole and the first through hole and is pressed against a side of the lower insulating member facing away from the top cover sheet, a cavity is formed between the top cover sheet and the pole, and a vent portion is provided at the portion where the lower insulating member is pressed against the pole.

    Abstract: A battery module includes a housing that includes an internal space, a cell stack accommodated in the internal space and including a plurality of battery cells stacked in a first direction and a plurality of thermal blocking members disposed between battery cells in the plurality of battery cells, a plurality of electrically conductive members electrically connected to the plurality of battery cells, and a frame supporting the plurality of electrically conductive members. Each battery cell includes an electrode assembly and an electrode accommodating portion accommodating the electrode assembly. At least one of the thermal blocking members includes: a body portion configured to face the electrode accommodating portion and blocking heat propagation between the plurality of battery cells, and one or more blocking portions extending from the body portion in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and configured to at least partially block gas flow in the first direction.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides a battery, an electric device, a manufacturing method and a manufacturing system for the battery. The battery includes a battery module, a casing, and a flow guide member. The battery module includes an explosion-proof assembly. The casing accommodates the battery module. The casing includes a gas discharge passage. The gas discharge passage includes a gas inlet and a gas outlet. The flow guide member is disposed inside the casing and shields the explosion-proof assembly to form a gas guide passage. The gas guide passage is in communication with the gas inlet, for guiding gas generated by the battery module to an exterior of the casing through the gas outlet after the explosion-proof assembly is destroyed. This disclosure intends to solve the technical problem of use safety of the battery being seriously affected due to the battery being prone to catching fire quickly and then exploding.

The first and second battery cell stacks are housed within the interior area. A shield spans over the first and second battery cell stacks within the interior area. The shield defines a first channel with the first battery cell stack to receive vent byproducts from at least one battery cell within the first battery cell stack. The shield defines a second channel with the second battery cell stack to receive vent byproducts from at least one battery cell within the second battery cell stack.
