    摘要: Disclosed is an exhaust filter system for a battery pack, including an explosion-proof valve and a filter apparatus. One end of the explosion-proof valve is connected to a battery pack- and the other end is connected to the filter apparatus. The filter apparatus includes an introduction port, a discharge port, a housing, and a filter mechanism. The introduction port and the discharge port are separately disposed at two ends of the housing. The filter mechanism is disposed inside the housing and is provided with a plurality of filter holes. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: by optimal design of a novel explosion-proof valve and a novel filter apparatus, expanding the applicability of technical solutions of this application, solving the problem of fire induced by thermal runaway, exhausting combustion gas more smoothly, and achieving better effects of filtering and post handling for thermal runaway in a battery pack.

    摘要: Integrated filtering systems are provided for filtering battery vent byproducts (e.g., gases and/or effluent particulates) during battery thermal events of a traction battery pack. The filtering systems may include one or more filters integrated as part of a vent valve, a vent pipe, a pressure equalization device, and/or an array housing of the traction battery pack, and/or as part of a structure that is separate from the traction battery pack. The filter may be configured to filter a constituent element (e.g., carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen fluoride (HF), etc.) of a gaseous mixture vented from a battery cell of the traction battery pack during a battery thermal event, thereby mitigating the potential for vent gas combustion. The filter may be further configured to control the escape of particulates to surrounding environments.

    摘要: A degassing unit for an electronics housing is provided with a base body to be connected fluid-tightly to a rim of a pressure compensation opening of the electronics housing. The base body has at least one gas passage opening. A semipermeable membrane covers, in a normal operating state of the degassing unit, the at least one gas passage opening of the base body. The semipermeable membrane enables passage of gaseous media from an environment into the electronics housing and in reverse, but prevents passage of liquid media and/or solids. The degassing unit can be transferred into an emergency degassing state by release of at least one emergency degassing opening bypassing the semipermeable membrane for providing an emergency degassing gas path. A first monitoring device is provided for detecting whether the degassing unit is in the normal operating state and/or in the emergency degassing state.

The first housing includes a plurality of sidewalls and a bottom wall connected to the plurality of sidewalls and form the first space. The cell assembly is accommodated in the first space. A first clearance is formed between the cell assembly and the plurality of sidewalls. A first through-hole is disposed on at least one of a sidewall or the bottom wall. The first through-hole extends through the sidewall or the bottom wall. The first through-hole is in communication with the first clearance. The first filler is detachably disposed in the first through-hole. A second clearance exists between the first filler and the first through-hole. The second clearance is configured to allow a gas to escape.
